yeah, but I think you're making a false dilemma there..
in my opinion, and experience, those "slutty gfs" were up to down n dirty stuff and we connected because of deep spiritual oro emotional connection, so that's why it happent, why it could happen

Maybe I'm just not fortunate regarding one night stands (I had a few, to be honest) but I've never got anything really sexy and potent, just by mutual lust
or I might say, that mutual lust didn't develop anywhere when on non-emotional ONStands

I personally don't get why women are still called 'slutty' (or cheap, easy, loose etc) when they're just simply randy and wanna have sex. As far as I know no comparable term exists for action-hungry blokes.

I agree with you,
but honestly I don't consider myself a "action-hungry" bloke, I usually prefer LTR or at least some mid-term frienship with benefits, than just ONS. That makes me a bit reluctant to those girls so-called "slutty". It's more a matter of style, like with musical genres. I get why some girls don't like those guys who only want fast-food sex

Yeah, totally sexist and an obvious double standard. Women are called sluts(shaming) for having a lot of sexual partners and men are called studs(championing).

I simply meant that as far as I can see the difference in how we regard libido in men and women goes back to this notion of women shouldn't enjoy sex for its own sake because that was somehow impure, and times when pregnancy out of wedlock would be a cause of shame. These days I think fast-food sex should be OK for anyone so long as neither party pretends feelings they haven't got just to get off.

but not everyone is the same, I wouldn't create any moral law or law in any sense to discourage fast-food sex, everyone is free to do whatever. I don't like double-standards neither...
I just personally don't tend to match well with those who seem to prefer that kind of sex. But, at the same time, it's also a period of time in everyone lives, because I'm pretty sure most of us have done that for a while, at least.

At 33yo, it's not a thing that attracts me very much, but if you (whoever) it's 50 and want to use Tinder and the like every weekend, it's fine, male... female.. whatever. Just not my thing.

For me it kinda depends on my mood. Sometimes I want it just to be frivolous and animalistic and impersonal. But in general I'm a romantic type and much prefer an emotional connection with whoever I'm fucking.

Fun historical fact for you : the ancient Greeks actually regarded the female sex as being the ones with the insatiable sexual appetite because of some very strange notions they had about human reproductive anatomy. They thought some kind of equivalent of male ejaculation happened in women but that it was somehow directed inwards, so that 'proper release' never took place. They equally thought that some portion of reproductive fluid in men who liked to be fucked by other men didn't find its way out of the dick and instead sort of accumulated around the anus, so this would cause them to have a permanent itch for cock. This part, I don’t mind AT ALL. In fact, I rather agree with it 😜

I’ve found that men tend to get less interested in sex as they get older, whereas women get more interested. My sex drive has never been higher, not even when I was a teenager!

I wonder if this might have something to do with the fact that testosterone levels drop as men age, while in women oestrogen production drops which allows the amount of testosterone every woman also naturally has to be more dominant. Just a speculation, I'm not a biologist.
 
Well define sex...is it with another? Or is it to, "know thyself"? If its including the knowlege of ones self,3 minutes ago, but in 5 minutes from now, it will be then.

i haven't had sex since 2008, the last time i tried to get my partner pregnant. lol... i masturbate all the time, but i just never felt right trying to find a sexual partner after my first real girlfriend. it's like i enjoy masturbating more than her vagina... i sometimes wish i got to have sex with smaller girls to experience the tighter pussy as they say... but that doesn't feel right to me. i like being alone mostly. my back injury makes me hate hugging or cuddling, and the fact that i just want to bang to experience if the vagina is tighter, kind of freaks me out... so i think i'm gonna not bang for the rest of my life cause that reason and i don't think i can deal with kids so sex really loses its point for me... like if i felt god wanted me to have kids, i'd definitely go looking for a smaller girl for my own enjoyment... doesn't seem right for me though.

Yeah seriously. Although I'm not a big fan of uhh, what's his name, Asher Roth, some friends used to play the I love College song and there's that line "don't have sex if she's too gone." I was never a big fan of Asher Roth aside from a few songs friends would play, but this comes to mind. Some people just get it, you know? He was just that typical frat rapper who partied a lot but even he recognized that yeah, if a girl is too fucked up, don't do anything. She's not in the right mindset and probably won't even remember.

But yeah, during my sober period and hanging with friends this happened quite a few times. It was quite annoying actually, I mean I appreciated that this one girl in particular really liked me but similar to me, she's very quiet until she gets drunk. I've seen it go on like a light switch. So if there's drunkenness going on at a friends with a little party or something, I prefer a sausage party lol.

Breaking the 3 year streak was nice though. A big factor were the anti-depressants I was on, which I've been off for awhile. My libido was destroyed to the point where I was borderline asexual when I was a total freak in my teens. Most guys apparently hit a sexual peak in their early 20s, for me it was 15-16. I finished puberty very early which may be a factor. I kind of hated it actually, being one of the only things I could think about at school sometimes. But I was a much different person regardless and even then I knew better. My libido gradually has been returning since I quit them in November or December, been on different types since October 2016.

Didn't actually have my first drinks until 17 though, a month before turning 18. Was on 11/11/11, a night to remember for sure especially given the date. Alcohol in your teens is just so much more euphoric, or it was for me. Just pure joy and wanting to hug everyone, no hangover, etc. After awhile getting drunk just made me feel like shit. Once I discovered kratom I basically nearly replaced alcohol with it. And now I use kava which reduces inhibitions in a very similar way without getting me fucked up or a hangover, I love this stuff.

Anyway yeah it's sad that a lot of guys don't get it. One of my best friends is an alcoholic mess, a functional alcoholic more or less. I was surprised when we chilled the other day and just blazed, I haven't chilled with him not drinking in forever. He's had some issues though, cheating on his girlfriend, hence the whole thing about me mentioning his ex. He claims he "accidentally" slept with her friend Mia because he was so drunk. The story was like "oh I was in bed with her but we had no intentions of having sex" ...yeah, sure. I couldn't even take his side, that's on him and now he probably has herpes. She does and I doubt he had a condom on him. The whole story was just shit. I think this was the only time he really cheated while dating her but I kind of doubt it.
 
About 10 years. After splitting up from my ex, I never actually wanted it and thought, short of paying for it, it was never going to happen again. Then, I met my wife, and for 6 years, it was 2-3 times a week (not bad for someone in their 50s).
It has to be with someone you love, or it's , "meh". When it is with someone you love, though, it can reach the realms of being fucking painful (finding a partner that makes my libido, seem non existant, is absolutely anazing).

I miss her so fucking much: a woman who was so beautiful, kind, adored cats didn't need a paper bag to put over my head and a sex drive that would make most porn stars seem like piss poor amateurs, was unbelievable. Can't believe she will have passed, in just over a month.

I so hope I'm so wrong about my atheism...

And I've never cheated on a partner.

I had sex again but figured out that for some reason to be really satisfied and to make experience really worth it I’ll need to do it with someone I’ll have deep emotional connection. Either they started cutting our masculine Balkan beer with Bud light or I might be building up my emotional intelligence or whatever…

I even skipped a lot of (ok, a few) chances to have sex cuz I think it’s time I (again) work on some really a lot more important things and along maybe build a real love relationship with someone. But I wouldn’t be surprised some day, combined with certain mind-state for certain period I get into – you’re sexy, let’s fuck mode. If that happens I’ll try to skip (auto)destructive parts of such lifestyle.

Anyone else broke a dry spell?
