Rating the best drug induced rushes

I agree 100%, which is why using drugs intravenously becomes problematic for so many people. I would get so obsessed with the rush from MDPV, that I would redose every two hours at least, which of course led to paranoia, and psychosis. I've had this problem with pretty much all stims, with the exception of dextroamphetamine, and a few others that are just worthless to shoot.

Even with heroin, I'll often redose way more than is needed, trying to get that warm flood of relief back. OF course, the more you dose, the less pronounced the rush.
 
All ratings are referring to IV administration (keep in mind that some of these drugs are dangerous to IV, and I do not reccomend that you or anyone try IV'ing these substances, or anything).

I give coke a 10/10 on rush and heroin a 5/10. That how crazy a coke rush is and I get bomb ass heroin here in NYC. SEriously a coke rush is like a brick of bliss knocking you down hard its your whoel body getting a boner and 10,000 orgasms if its good goke. The rush is like no other.

2. Mephedrone, oral - 8/10 (it just took me WAY higher and the rush seemed to never end when I ate it - snorting it was half-assed)
3. Methamphetamine, smoked - 7/10
4. Cocaine freebase, smoked - 6/10
5. 1st time MDMA, oral - 4/10

Can't think of much else that produces a buzzing, rushing sensation in me. DMT makes me rush into all sorts of places, but it's not really the same.

Apart from that, Heroin is easily 11/10 for me. But I'm a dirty opiate fiend.

And a huge shot of methamphetamine easily hits a 10/10 as well. Shit's brutal. Bring the cough.

Fuck. :\ Got some more blow, and I feel like banging it again. Not sure if I should. I've only IVd anything a few times, and it's not anything I want to get into, but I don't really like coke through any other ROA and slamming it was fucking scary in how good it was.
 
What about really high quality heroin? And not a tiny little dose. I mean, top notch diacetylmorphine HCl. Like the stuff we used to get, before the 2001 drought here in Aus, which we've never recovered from. Unfortunately.. Bloody hell! 9.5 out of ten. Throw a few points of Cocaine in the spoon with a nice 0.3g of brown rock and we have a 10/10 in my experience. Methamphetamine HCl is a good 9/10 when you boot it. Add the Methelyenedioxide to the start of the speed molecule and we have one of my absolute favorites, have never IV'd it successfully but the come up or "rush" when taken orally is another 9/10.
 
My opinions.

Snorted:

- Good quality MDMA crystal 'cooked up' into powder. 8/10.
- MDPV. 7.75/10.
- Good quality base Amphetamine 'dried out' into powder. 7/10.
- GOOD quality Cocaine. 6.75/10.
- 4-MMC. 6.5/10.

Smoked:

- MDPV. (Don't ask why, I know I'm an idiot). 8/10.
- Crack Cocaine. 7/10.

Oral:
- 2C-B. 10/10 When combined with MDMA! <3 (;
- MDMA. 9/10.
- Good quality 'base' Amphetamine. 8/10.

bringing this thread back cause i feel like rating some rushes, 10 being strongest, 1 being weakest:
10: IV cocaine
9: IV hydromorphone
8: IV methamphetamine
8: IV MDA
7: IV heroin
6: IV midazolam
5: A solid mole (bong snap of .2g tobacco and .2g sativa) is actually a pretty great rush IMO

I don't think anything else I've tried is worth mentioning.

You know, I'm not sure that I would call it a "rush" really, but there is something about intravenous heroin when one has been sick or becoming sick and then takes that get-me-well shot. For me, I feel like I am on a roller coaster, at the top just before a drop, with the butterflies in my stomach and my heart in my throat. It feels really good but I'm not sure that I would describe it as a "rush." It's more of a sensation...
 
heroin 3/5 ( never really impressed me unless a do a FAT ASS shot )

hydromorphone 4/5 ( all rush and no legs, i like the fact you can get a bangin rush off 2mg even with a habbit )

oxymorphone 5/5 ( soooo blissful, the ultimate opiate rush )

methamphetamine 5/5 ( the rush is the only part of the methamphetamine experience i really enjoy. you just get hit with a mac truck of euphoria )

zolpidem 3/5 ( some trippy ass shit !, euphoric,weird,trippy, if i had to sum it up in 3 words )

MDMA 5/5 ( thought i was ganna die for the first 5 minutes not enjoying it at all then something just snapped and i instantly went into the most euphoria filled hour i
maginable )

morphine 4/5 ( those pins and needles hurt sooo good : ). morph will always hold a special place in my heart as the first drug i ever IV'ed. havent shot morph ina year or so. ill take an ass burner of morph over s fat shot of dope any day of the week ! )
 
MDMA for sure... words can't even describe. The first time I did M, it was like a fountain of pure bliss, love and euphoria exploded in my chest.
 
Best rush?

Nitrous no fucking contest. If you can hit that right magical spot. For a short time i had it delivered by the caseload.

I don't inject drugs. Best rush I've had was smoked crack, salvia always gives me an intense rush but it's not pleasant.

Absolutely! A HUGE rush. My favorite drug.

But I'm going to give Heroin, Meth and Coke (IV) all 10's. Maybe coke a 9/10 just because it's so short, but there is nothing like that auditory hallucination that comes with slamming coke/crack or better yet, speedballing.
 
Long time since I had any but Diconal was the best IV drug I ever used, followed by those dry amps of diamorphine, but sadly it years since I had any of that either.
