^ Exercise and stop ruminating. I'd also recommend possibly dropping the term "LTC" and acquainting yourself with it. That further enforces the belief that something is wrong with you beyond your control, on the contrary, a lot of it is in your control (eating healthy, exercising, reducing stress, getting enough sleep, shifting your focus to things that will improve your life and that make you happy). Your mind is a powerful tool, use it wisely.
I hope I've been of help to at least one person, I remember how lost and hopeless I felt. Damn, looking back I can see why I believed there was no hope, and I'm glad I was wrong. There's always hope.
