Today i did 3 sets of 155lbs barbell curls, 3 sets of 70lbs hammer curls, 3 sets of 70lbs lateral raises, 3 sets of 50lbs dumbelll presses and 3 sets of 50lbs butterfly's

Seriously, I had a telemed visit that turned into a phone visit a couple of hours ago.
He told me to eat healthier foods, and exercise. And other stuff.
 
Today i did 3 sets of 165lbs barbell curls, 3 sets of 70lbs hammer curls, 3 sets of 70lbs lateral raises, 3 sets of 60lbs butterfly's and 3 sets of 50lbs dumbbell presses.

My arms are fucking dead. Since i upped my dose of test i hve so much energy

ai taught me that yoga is more important to integrate into a routine before a meditation practice.

in that spirit i will share my hatha (on the yin side) yoga practice, morning and evening, may it benefit someone.
