Positive Exercise 4 Health, Mental Health and Addiction vs. Pure & Free

Arm day again today. I did 3 sets of 50lbs dumbbell bicep curls, 3 sets of 60lbs tricep extensions, 3 sets of 60lbs hammer curls, 3 sets of 40lbs incline bicep curls and 3 sets of 40lbs dumbbell presses. The incline dumbbell curls really kill my arms. My arms are totally dead now.

I really need some heavier weights im not comin close to hitting failure on every set now. I also need to stop skipping leg day
 
Today i did 3 sets of 90lbs barbell curls, 3 sets of 60lbs tricep extensions, 3 sets of 40lbs lateral raises, 3 sets of 40lbs incline dumbbell presses and 3 sets of 40lbs incline dumbbell curls

Right now my focus is on improving my VO2max. The best way I can do that is by REHIT……reduced exertion HIIT. It gives you double the health benefits compared to regular exercise in just 10% of the time. I got a exercise bike and rebounder.

3 set squats in 15 min intervals to keep my booty in check

I take a lot of supplements. Mushroom complex…N-acetyl l-tyrosine, pl-phenylalanine, magnesium, vit b complex, b6, b12, mucuna prurient extract, omega 3 etc

You gotta lean into the resistance. The reward is earned during the anticipation of all of your efforts and outcomes. Motivation can be trained almost like a muscle. Make yourself do what you don’t wanna do and you’ll become more motivated. And also sleep enough
