Walking into shoulder and back day.. good lord the gym is packed.. no parking spots.. if it’s too full i might jump

Thats one reason i dont go to gym's. well that and the nearest one to me in a hour away. That and you cant smoke weed in them

Today i did 3 sets of 180lbs barbell curls, 3 sets of 70lbs lateral raises, 3 sets of 60lbs incline butterfly's, 3 sets of 60lbs incline dumbbell presses and 3 sets of 50lbs incline dumbbell curls
 
I stuck it out.. turned out it was a HUGE gentle yoga class in the gym.. it was utterly packed in there..

Rest day today.. heading into stretch, soak and steam.

For the first two weeks the lifting spiked my apatite.. seems to have leveled off the past couple days.. i was eating like six meals a day.. wasn’t ravenous yesterday.
 
Today was leg day. I did 3 sets of 80lbs reverse leg raises and 3 sets of 130lbs leg raises.

Got on a scale today and im now 215lbs thats 45lbs ive put on since i started lifting weights. I upped my test dose to 200mg's a week yesterday so hopefully i should notice more muscle gaines soon

Alright.. 2 months in.. doing great.. ab seems to be healing. Now that i’m through the first two.. i think i can just post about my workouts once a week or so.

Clearly a noticeable difference in strength, appearance and overall athleticism after only two months.
