Positive Exercise 4 Health, Mental Health and Addiction vs. Pure & Free

Today i did 3 sets of 135lbs barbell curls, 3 sets of 60lbs tricep extensions, 3 sets of 40lbs incline butterfly's, 3 sets of 40lbs lateral raises and 3 sets of 40lbs incline dumbbell curls
 
Today i did 3 sets of 135lbs barbell curls, 3 sets of 60lbs tricep extensions, 3 sets of 40lbs incline butterfly's, 3 sets of 40lbs lateral raises and 3 sets of 70lbs dumbbell rows
 
Today i did 3 sets of 135lbs barbell curls, 3 sets of 60lbs tricep etensions, 3 sets of 40lbs incline butterfly's, 3 sets of 40lbs lateral raises and 3 sets of 90lbs dumbbell rows
 
Today i did 3 sets of 140lbs barbell curls, 3 sets of 60lbs tricep extension, 3 sets of 40lbs incline butterfly's, 3 sets of 40lbs lateral raises and 3 sets of 90lbs dumbbell rows
 
This is inspiring. I was big into running/liting before I relapsed a couple months agon

Get into it again man. It really helps your mood. I stll use but am not addicted

Today i did 145lbs barbell curls, 3 sets of 60lbs tricep extensions, 3 sets of 40lbs incline butterfly's, 3 sets of 40lbs lateral raises and 3 sets of 90lbs dumbbell rows
 
Joining gym next week, now off crack and rarely drink rum anymore, got trainers and tracksuit etc for it, just going to do full body 3 sets of 5 reps heavy load mainly on machines, next day walking -interval training and the next day rest then repeat, gym, walking -interval training and rest day after
 
Today i did 3 sets of 145lbs barbell curls, 3 sets of 60lbs tricep extension, 3 sets of 60mg's lateral raises, 3 sets of 60lbs hammer curls and 3 sets of 40lbs incline butterfly's
 
Take it relatively slow like a six week induction.. you will kill it.. fk yes!!! Then let yourself loose.. consider taking it a little slow for a month or so.. then drop the hammer
Yh, I will just pop in two three times a week max hour and a half and ease myself in, I have spent the last fifteen years of my life sitting on my arse in a public house or bar or lying on my bedding smoking crack, even though I have given up it will take a while to get into new way of life and habits I'll do road interval training and then cross-country two to three times a week for fresh air change of scenery and some cardio, I believe it will be a mild start to autumn in the next six weeks and possibly a mild winter so outdoor exercise on top of the gym should be great. That's some decent weight to lift paranoid android, god only knows what I can lift, a feather would be a bit much at the moment but will endeavour

Just back from the gym, first light session of only 40mins just went on rowing machine to warm up and then used a couple of machines for upper body except abs which will be Tuesday night plus some other which not decided on yet probably assault bike or spin, had protein shake now and about 8 egg whites are in the microwave will have some whole eggs later with tuna all basics due to a lot of my money going on bills etc
