How many supplements do you use MSB? I'm sure a lot of the positives can be attributed to the way you approach it, ie, you're integrating it with an exercise regime etc too.
Just taking some fish oil Spade, that alone isn't going to do anything. A bit of decent phet sounds like what you need.

(Only on work out days though. On non-work out days, it's just the omega 3s, centrum, C0Q10 and 2 scoops of whey with water).
I didn't find Piracetam to have any effect and it tasted fucking foul, was hard to swallow spoonfuls full of migning tasting powder every morning.
How much did you take? You can buy it in 1.2g tablets now. Apparently you're meant to take a really huge dose every day for the first 3-7 days to get used to it or something.
