Gibberings CV - The Nazis: A Warning From History

It was a cracker, he made a pizza he found in his wardrobe but he had no idea why it was in there. Then once he cooked it and ate half he freaked out as he couldn't remember buying it (he's been on MXE for days I think) so put it half eaten back in the fridge and sat in his room freaking out in case it belonged to this flat mate. Then he decided it must be his as he had a 1.5 litre bottle of coke in his room too so we convinced him to go eat it anyway and just replace it later if not. He went and ate the rest and then once eaten decided he was only 40% sure the pizza was ever in his wardrobe and probably belonged to someone else.

Outstanding.

What other ridiculous things has Mugz been getting up to during this MXE binge?

makes me feel kinda sharper and feel good, deff worth taking, probably one of the best supplements ive taken n i used to take quite a lot (plus i eat quite a lot of oily fish)

Thanks Dan gonah give it a go. :)

Dan seems to get a unique positive effect from the most benign of substances. I doubt most people would feel "good" or "sharper" after eating fish oil.

But, as knock said, and as Dan quoted,
Any perception is real. It was really perceived. Maybe the perception didn't correlate closely to "objective reality", but it happened, and so is real. That much is not really arguable. Whether it's "bollocks" or not is a different matter.

I take 10 grams of fish oil per day, which is a pretty massive amount, and I feel great from it. It has obliterated my eczema, and my wife's psorisis too. (I was actually going to recommend atm23 gives it a go but I forgot to tell him).

Dan does seem to have a uniquely genuinely positive outlook and love of the world that you don't see in that many people, almost childlike in nature (and that's not a bad thing). I'm sure these vendors could be sending him skittles as 6-APB and he'd be raving his nuts off.

On the other hand, I suspect mugz really doesn't enjoy drugs very much, but for some reason he keeps trying?

This is still lol worthy though :D

Usually, when I've been tripping, I've just had a really good time. That fits in with intentions, as I've most often taken psychedelics because I enjoy what they do to my mind. I like the fractal, three-dimensional animations, enhanced imagination (with acid, making my own music in my head that sounds like I've got it on CD) and heightened emotions (on LSD, again, euphoria/excitement that MDMA has never even approached). So on that level it's definitely not bollocks.

That's not what you're talking about though; you're on about whether or not psychedelics can give us some sort of insight into reality that we wouldn't otherwise get. From my own experience, they can certainly change what we focus on, or perhaps bring subconscious thoughts into the conscious mind. On an aMT trip I saw the cycle of life, generation giving way to generation, visually before me. It made me think about my own mortality, and it made me consider my priorities. I realised, consciously, that I had a responsibility to look after my parents in their old age. It occurred to me that part of the reason people have children is to buy themselves security for their old age. I hadn't really thought about this before, and I haven't fully come to terms with it, as I think it's pretty fucking selfish, and as I don't yet have children, I feel a bit worried about my own situation. Who'll look after me? I don't know. The point is, it's a fairly serious subject which I hadn't considered until aMT brought it into my mind, visually. It felt a bit like I was being forced to grow up.

Isn't this sort of like when you read a self help book, and for like 2 days you implement it and you feel better, then you promptly forget it? You really have to change habits to change yourself and your life, and I think psychs have been proven to help with that somewhat - in terms of breaking negative behaviours like addiciton and stuff. I honestly don't think self implemented with no guide psych experiences are really getting the most out of your psychs. I think if I really needed them to overcome a certain problem, lsd if I was terminally ill, ecstasy if I had ptsd, I would like an expert there to guide me.

That Knock quote makes a lot of sense to me. If 'reality' is constantly changing. ( energy is said to be constant flux).. then the things we perceive can all be real at the time. Someone said to me that they saw the whole spectrum of what is as being like refracted water all blending in together. That point of view actually also ties in to some stuff I was pondering on regarding morality yesterday as well as it happens. 'Goodness' or the 'right' way cant be defined or set in stone because its constantly moving, changing and allways new. Mannn :)

It doesn't surprise me that you had a dalliance with Christianity Sam. I'd really like to hear a bit more about that some time :D.

Morning you lot. Brrr its real chill down in Windsor. The suns out though. :)

Maybe if Christians take fish oil its effects are 2,500 time more powerful. The flipside is that one piece of toast makes them bloated and constipated for the rest of their lives.

How on earth did you know about my bad relationship with bread? Have I spoken about it on here before? :sus:

This is kinda what I was trying to get at in an essay I wrote the other day, or rather does it even matter what's real or what's not? Anyways it went well at the start and descended into stoned bollocks so next time I'm getting you lot to write for me.

Morning all :D Beaaaautiful day out, been for a wander, home for cider and burritos a bit later. Life is good. Apart from the fridge making questionable noises but if I shut the kitchen door I don't have to deal with that.

You're in good company:

Well said.

What's the recommended daily dose? I've just started taking it a couple weeks ago, says on the box you can take up to 6 pills a day but I'm only taking 3 of them, no idea on the dosage.

I try and aim for about 1.5 grams of EPA and 1.2 grams of DHA, which are the important ingredients in fish oil. So however many capsules it takes to achieve that dosage I think.

I need to something that clears this brain fog and gives me a bit more focus, you get any of those effects from large doses of it?

MSB can not be more focussed. He is at the peak of focussedness at all times.

You might get some placebo effect though Spade, like ColtDan does.

I wouldn't attribute it to the fish oil, but since I started working out and using more caffeine, gingseng, multivitamins and gingko bilboa i've been a lot more alert. I'm hearing good things about Piracetam, and other tam's too, for the brain.
