It is, as they say, no bad. Unless you do what me mum did once and wash the easily meltable gel caps down with a cup of tea. Fishy goodness ohhhh yes. Blech.

Anyone comment on Glucosamine? Once again, Mum-Ra takes it for arthritis and I'm all arthritic too (shut up) but I'm not about to start shelling out on anything other than the fish oil and multivitamins I take to fool myself into thinking I'm not going to die when I'm hungover or rough or on the verge of scurvy unless it's legit useful.
 
Ehm, possibly not. How the fuck would I know? It's not like they'll keep the stuff next to the Buckfast in the off-license so I'm hardly going to have seen it. I'm pretty sure my coke dealer doesn't sell it.

Booze and valium sounds good Dan, I might pop a wee blue and crack these beers open. Limited amount of diaz left though and like to keep them for emergency hangovers.
 
tis a lovely combo, go for it, a lot of people say Roche are dodgy and fake now etc but these things seem to blissfuly fuck me more than any others ive tried. taken one 10mg and feeling it. you tried etiz?

You need to know if its rheumatoid or osteoarthritis arthritis Snolly - glucosamine is supposed to help the latter. If you have stiff joints (fnar fnar) get into yoga :D

I like omega oils too and a B-vitamin complex, us ladies need those and some an iron top up. Well if you're a bleeder it helps...

My knickers fell down under my trousers at work today, I stood up at a meeting and felt them slip down all on their own accord :?, The fabric bunched up under the cheeks, most uncomfortable and a quick departure to the ladies was necessary to remove em :o Then I felt awkward for the rest of the day. Commando at work just isn't on. Suit to dry cleaners tomorrow ew 8(

Beg to differ. Work or otherwise. It's been sixteen years since I bothered with underwear and I've never looked back. It does mean more washing / changing though.
