Xanax? Is it euphoric to you?

i get a huge warm feeling with not a super bold euphoria but a definite good one as stated by other posters with xanax. most benzos too leave me extremely euphoric.

Not at all euphoric... and I don't have a tolerance, doses over 2mg just put me to sleep after an hour. Xanax is one of my least favorite benzos. Short-acting and dull. Sorry to hate on it like that but, that just how I feel

Xanax relaxes me and i enjoy it, but it doesn't give me any real euphoria like on DXM or weed. I find clonazepam to be my preferred benzo for euphoria.

alprazolam is my favourite drug, i get so damn excited when i know im going to get some after it's been a while....like tomorrow! first time i'll get them in almost 2 months which is a long time for me

Being a benzo addict for 8 years now I have taken all form of benzos . I'd say that alprazolam (xanax) nas to be one of the most , if not the most euphoric benzo. Mainly due to the quick onset of the drug. One without a tolerance should get a mellow anxiety free high from a 2mg tablet. Unfortunately when addiction develops the euphoria is un-obtainable. Even after a dozen or so tabs. The only noticable side effect is the slight slurring of speech and my malfunctioning equalibrium.

Xanax is only good for me (as any other benzo) if I am extremely stressed. Otherwise, it just makes me tired.

xanax just makes me mellow, usually im an edgy person, in the terms that i get annoyed easily. xanax take that away. so does valium, but no matter howmuch valium i take, ex 90-100mg i feel the same as if i took 20mg. (minus still feeling well into the day afterwards) after an avid ecstasy user, i guess my definition of euphoria is different. if xanax is there, sure why not. if not, i'd rather goto the bar and get drunk.

oh and i forget alot of things on xanax, like what i did that day.

ive just dumped 16mg of xanax today i aint euphoric just tired and mellow. my prescribed dose is 6mg a day and it doesn't do the trick.

I voted yes, however i wouldn't say by definition that i find it "euphoric". Its the relaxation and complete lack of care that i enjoy. But i guess that could be categorized into the euphoria of the drug, so who knows?

I originally voted yes that 2mg xanax gets me high. Not the case anymore. I need at least 6mg to get high these days.

2-4mg of Xanax gives me a pretty Euphoric feeling if some slow paced music is playing.

It is not euphoric for me at all. It is a great sleep aid or if I just wanna get that trashed feeling. Somewhat similar to alcohol..... I usually need 10-15 mgs for the desired effects. (Been taking benzos for 4 years... everyday for the last two years, prescribed) It was SLIGHTLY euphoric the first couple times I used benzos. In specific, klonipin was the most euphoric. Methadone and klonipin when I had a low tolerance to each produced one of most memorable combos of drugs I tried ever.
