l-theanine by itself doesn't do much but it makes caffeine feel smoother and more effective. It has to be taken on an empty stomach though.

I'm still recovering from everything that happened I guess. Emotionally I'm kind of scattered, and mentally I'm trying to keep it together. I know I can overcome, I always do. But the trials these days feel exceptional.
