It depends on your body chemistry I think. Everyone’s a little different with it … some people actually say that adding some regular Kratom or MIT makes it better and some don’t. Ive gone both ways with it … one time I took my regular dose of kratom and got a delivery of 7oh a day early and took it and it hurt my stomach a little. But there’s other times I’ve only taken just a little 7oh and a little bit of Kratom and it worked well.

I've found that either 30-45mg of ketamine or 8-12mg of 2C-B alongside my daily 300mg of Bupropion (which is a strange amphetamine) get me in music making mode for sure. Have you ever tried applying dissociatives to music production?
Bupoprion is an amphetamine? Wild. I have tried using ketamine to produce but it just doesnt rlly help personally. It helps with the conception of ideas somewhat, just not the execution, and it helps in the latter stages of production where I’m listening to the track over and over again to see what its missing, but I’ve got a few project files that are about 4 tracks and maybe 8 bars that are definitely from ket sessions lol
This is something other chemists will jump on my ass about, but I consider it to be an amphetamine. amphetamine's an abbreviation of alpha-methyl-phenethylamine, so normal phenethylamine with that one extra carbon that gives it the speedy goodness. Bupropion has three extra things added, a chlorine as seen on the left of this image, a double-bonded oxygen as you can see in the blue circle, and the orange circle contains that alpha-methyl that, in my opinion, makes this an amphetamine. The point where people might bitch and moan over me referring to bupropion as amphetamine is the rightmost section of this image, it's a tert-butyl moiety whereas phenethylamine typically just has an amine (NH2). Imo these could possibly be referred to as "butylamines" or "tertbutylamines" but really the nomenclatuer is arbitrary. Communication is just about getting a message across after all.
I have at least 10-15 projects with "pcp" or "ket" in the title, that look exactly like this or which involve bizarre improvised upright bass trying to play to an Apocalyptica song or whatever.
This is spot-on for my experience as well, ket is helpful for hyper specific glitch work, mixing/mastering, and doing foley sound like I used to do for amateur games on Steam and the sort. Actually meaningfully composing on ket is supremely difficult, but 3-MeO-PCP, 3-HO-PCE, 2-FXE and 2F-DCK were all equally as useful as 2C-B or LSD for production, from my perspective at least. Mostly making glitch music and working on getting back into making math rock atm.
