A friend of mine is there already, and she said it was freeeeezing - bring Winter clothes and warm stuff for bedtime!! But, she also said it looked like it will be boiling hot again soon enough.

Just had a big storm go through but slightly miss my place by a few hundred meters. The number of times I have watched a storm on the radar and have it just miss me is uncanny. It must be the way the Valley is shaped.

All piss and wind! My lawn is so fucking brown, we really need it!

I heard again today that predictions show that there will be rain everyday in NSW for the month of February. The storm season is finally here, I am stoked. We certainly bloody need it. %)

Damn, February was when I was going to do all of my laundry!

Sydney had some nice lightening strikes last night. One in particular just filled the massive window in my unit. I went and grabbed my camera hoping to catch an encore but it wasn't to be. I just stayed on the balcony playing with shutter speeds taking pictures of rain drops splashing

The east coast has been bloody copping it the last few days, and there is more to come too.

It's good for my lawns and the environment in general. But it's getting to be a bit of a pain with everything in my house being damp, trying to get washing dry and it tends to keep you inside a bit. Oh well, it's worth it

I made the wise decision to mow and whipper snip on saturday just before the deluge. Now I just sit back and profit.

Looks like a few solid days of quality H2O before clearing up before the weekend.

Means this weekend's doof will have something Rainbow serpant didn't.... lush green grass!
