What are you munching on? v. Noodle nights n greedy monkeys

It was about as much effort as making toast, took the burger out the fridge, put in the oven and took it out 20mins later, chucked some cheese on it and slapped it on a slice of bread. Ate it in about 2 seconds flat.

So fucking hungry, gona have to be toast and staying up even later m'fraid... bah!

I went to the fridge and found some Banoffee Pie so now I'm lying in bed eating it and watching Trailer Park Boys :)

It's pretty awesome.

Had a pretty dreadful dinner. Cooked a beef joint, cooking instructions were fucking balls, said cook on 180 degrees for 80mins, knew it was too long and too high and checked it after 40 mins and the fucker was burnt to fuckety on the outside but bloody in the middle. Turned heat down, cooked it through but it ended up tough as old boots. Couldn't cut it, couldn't chew it, I actually had to spit several bits out and choked on a bit of fat. My mum instead of asking if I was alright went daft and told me to stop doing that at the table. Sorry for choking like, didn't do it on purpose.

I'm trying a new recipe out tonight. Having butterflied chicken flattened out and rolled it with a stick of cheddar in it and chorizo. Rolled it up and covered in south western seasoned breadcrumbs. Its nearly done. Serving it with chips and sweetcorn for everyone else. I'm having some courgette as an extra side for me and just a couple of chips. I love my veg.

Went out for bibimbap, soooo good. I had a tofo one which had strips of deep fried tofo like you get on inari sushi which is so tasty. Plus the had some awesome miso based sauce to go on it NOMNOMNOM.

going to assume you're just referring to the food...

bibimbap is a korean dish whilst miso and inari sushi are japanese things.

Curry Overdose

I made a chicken and aubergine Indian style curry, a chicken and mushroom Thai style curry, potato and yoghurt with cumin and a dish of curried mustard leaves (out of a tin).

Popadoms, samosas and flat breads.

Too stuffed to move.

Yum.

I did stir fry veggies with peanuts and lots of chillies. Sardines on the side, what a faff the cat ended up having most of it.

Had a rather nice prawn curry, Birds Eye lark or something cos I was too lazy to cook. Not bad at all, don't usually get spicy curries at home cos my sister is a fanny.

Do Birds Eye make genuinely spicy curries? Ever curry from a supermarket that claims to be 'hot' never is.

Wasn't what I'd call blow your head off hot but it didn't claim to be. Was good enough for me and I like fairly spicy stuff. Mate makes awesome ones but as far as ready meal curries go that definitely wasn't bad.

Massive bowl of strawberries, peach, melon and kiwi with muesli and yoghurt mixed in - magic!
