Heroin's always been popular in certain areas more than others. i.e. NYC/NJ, Philly, Baltimore, Chicago, Seattle...
But I see what you mean by a comeback. I think heroin usage definetly went up since the whole OxyContin thing...

Iunno if its like that other places. but i cant seem to meet one person whose life heroin aint touched...Its like the token dopehead.
