I've been taking 900-1200mg 3x week. The other days I take 150mg just to drag my self into work. I am really too old for this shit. I am so sick of feeling like crap. I am going to get clonidine and gabapentin and do a proper taper.
How do I fight the cravings for Lyrica though?
 
hi im back again, before i said something like i was prescribed 100mg twice a day (months until i was increased to this dose too) . No wonder why it didnt fucking help me, im tall and broad and was too weak of a dose im guessing cos i didnt take any for months (taken off it) well other night i was pissed off and took 125mg dose and i felt something good , id not go higher than 200mg though

I've also taken huge quantities of pregabalin - I liked the buzz but the tolerance increase is so rapid.

I'm worried what taking that much might do to me, particularly as I recently had a blood test which showed I have possible renal (kidneys) disorder. So I've stopped the Preg altogether. Have you ever heard about people getting kidney problems from Preg?

No but I’ve heard of it causing neurotoxicity (is that the right word?) in chronic kidney disease patients.

It didn’t cause the disease though.
 
I took some powder out of a pregabalin this morning trying to take only half the capsule. I did that last night and took 25mg's. Because I took half out of the capsule.
So I tried again this morning and too much spilled out so I ended up taking almost the whole capsule.

The thing is I put the powder on my tongue. Yes it's bitter but I get the effect immediate that way. Wow it really worked fast.

I have never tried taking Pregabalin before. And it is interesting. Whatever it is. Some really weird powdered medication for sure !!

It is so ridiculous on how little get's me so wasted. It's almost embarrassing and is even difficult to explain I find.

I am taking it for my cough and for my pains. (( Physical ones)) Help's me to get up off of my arse.
 
Anyway 25mg's was the perfect amount for me. I didn't have to stumble through the hallways if I had to get up !!

I slept real well. And I work up and was energetic. Not too bad. So far. 👍

Hi everyone
So I was completely clean from every substance - even caffeine - for 2.5 weeks in August prior to returning to college because I knew I'd be using stuff here and there.

I used to be a heavy binge drinker, but managed to completely stop drinking (1+ year alcohol free) by using Phenibut. Phenibut has become my true love for socializing, euphoria, relaxing and basically everything alcohol was doing. It is also good for nerve pain which I have and excellent for stimulant comedowns, which I also deal with. I take Adderall therapeutically as a pre-med at a very competitive university.

But phenibut has some glaring downsides. The high/afterglow lasts for a long ass time which is great, but the rebound also lasts a while and can make it really hard to function. Not ideal when u need to be high functioning basically every day.

I requested pregabalin from my doctor this past July, and he prescribed it. At first, I found it was almost everything i'd hoped for: phenomenal for nerve pain, excellent for getting to sleep after using Adderall. Unlike phenibut I don't experience much euphoria from pregabalin but also have not felt any hangovers/rebounds. I think this is the reason I got a bit cavalier w/ my pregab dosing schedule, seeing that it would let me get to sleep and wake up fully functional the next day.

I started taking pregabalin 1-2x a week during the 2nd week of december at doses from 200-600 mg each. Similar situation 3rd week sept, but more like 200-300. However, I've had a ton of tests the last week of sept and this first week of october, which means I took more Adderall than usual, which means I took pregabalin more like 3-4x/week. In hindsight I should have just dealt with some shitty nights of sleep and megadosed magnesium, but pregabalin seemed so benign and I was never exceeding 350 mg during this time.

I last dosed on sunday night. Monday I felt normal, Tuesday is where I got concerned: some brain fog, lethargy, increased nerve pain, and insomnia. Bizarrely, I had burning leg skin when I was trying to sleep which I;ve never had before; however, I took adderall at 3 pm for an exam, and adderall comedowns always include bizarre, unpredictable effects.
I ended up sleeping for 5 hours last night and feel pretty blegh today. I just am having trouble distinguishing this from my usual bleh self.

So, my question: after taking pregabalin 1-2x/week for 2 weeks and 3-4x a week for 2 weeks at doses of 250-400 mg, what's my likelihood of experiencing withdrawals? I should note I have not noticed any tolerance develop: even the lower doses will still hit me quite strong.

also:
I have one more exam tomorrow before a 5 day break with a pretty low amount of work and obligations. I’d like to take adderall for this last exam before taking a break, and probably phenibut afterwards so I don’t feel like absolute fucking shit all of tomorrow during the comedown, and because I have an event that night that will be a million times easier with phenibut. Then I will just get raw dogged by the comedown and accept that it is what it is and take a long break from everything.

how much worse is the phenibut comedown likely to be than normal given my pregab dosing? And would taking phenibut tomorrow possibly push me over the threshold where I risk developing kindling where I’ll basically have issues with GABAergic/gabapentinoid drugs for quite a long time?

My eperience was a bit like yours. There was a prescription of Dextro-Amphetamine of 35 mg a day. And at the same time i was precribed Pregabalin at 225 mg a day.
Could have been i took less of both sometimes as i had a surplus when it ended.

But I was on Pregabalin a lot longer then you. I cold turkeyed it. Didn't have a clue it could be addicting and felt fine. No WD symptom's, same for D-Amp I CT-ed and had none. The thing that will be something to consider is the cross tolerance with Phenibut which would mean your on this class of drug's a lot longer.

Do you still have some incase you need to taper?
 
If you do experience withdrawal, I believe the symptoms will be manageable and not enough to render you completely non-functional. That is the only thing that could be said with certainty. The best educated guess is you'd have something like a common cold for a bit coupled with heightened anxiety and insomnia. I know these terms are probably pretty scary, but I don't believe they will be severe enough for the average person to find a way through. We're here to help you if that happens.
 
Pregabalin does enhance opioids in a perfect sinergy. 600mg with 280mg methadone Gave me a 3-4hour flash. Pregab taken 2 hours before. Mixed with benzos algo kicks in and you have a knocked out for a couple of hours.
Anybody has take with amphetamine?6. I did today I have my belly inflamed. I took 300mg i cant remember when but I worked all night and Im still drugged. Im alone at the office and Ihave been trapped to bluelight.org hahaha listening to good techno. Now its 5am and Im Gonna take my sleeping pills to stop the amphetamine effect. Fuck amphet is strong. Im new in amphetamine paste and IMO its só far stronger than coke. But Im surprised cuz I IVed and I felt nothing.

Took Pregabalin for two days in a row now. I can move better . . . but wow am I wasted !

Definitely floating on some cloud somehow.
 
I read all of the bad negative warnings about pregabalin and just didn't want to get involved with it . . . .
because they made it out to be so dangerous. It almost helps me like the hydrocodone did nut
omg it gets me so wasted. like how others drink a whole six pack of beer.
And it sure doesn't make me tired. Yet ! Not real sure yet. But had some good times at the end of Summer. !!

I have some left to get by at least if I have to. :)
 
Pregabalin makes me tired only after taking it. Oh thanks goodness I can sleep now. Wow.

Tell us if you get some weird dreams. I always found gabapentin gave me weird but cool dreams. I'll always remember a dream about Randy Rhodes and Randy Savage racing at watkins glen, and they were like rhe same person though, like my brain had fixated on "randy" and racing, lol. Not unpleasant though, never a nightmare, just interestingly weird dreams from gabapentin.

Ohh yes, weird dreams. I just ignore them.

I just watch the colors on the inside of my eye's and put a cold cloth on my eyes to fall asleep. :shrug:

Iv found if I take 10 300 mg ones my legs are like jelly and my head nods off and I have ful conversations with ppl who ain't thare then pop bk to normal just to nod out again I hated it but was addicted tobthem
 
If I have to take Pregabalin without food it still works for me very well !
