speaking of dosage levels... i have tried "micro-doses" and gone to work. at around 35-40ug there was a barely noticeable change in perception. i was more aware so to speak and less lethargic throughout the day. for me there wasn't much cognitive reward although so i wouldn't continue to spend my research that way ;].
AL-LAD has become available to me at quite a discount and while i'm happy with ETH i will be trying AL on my next batch and see how that goes. i have yet to experience AL or 1P yet but i am definitely going to expand my research to all 3 so i will be able to compare at a later time.
New member here. Long time lurker. Always interested in microdosing and wanted to offer my experiences here.
I have microdosed all 1P-LSD, AL-LAD, and ETH-LAD in recent months. Dosages for all compounds are generally from 5-10ug generally once in the morning, but have tried re-dosing later in the day. I dose volumetrically as I purchased powder in all cases. In my experience, food grade ethanol (96%; its polish spirits) works quite well as a solvent for all 3 of these compounds with vigorous shaking at concentrations of 2mg/500uL and below. 1P-LSD is the most stubborn and can require some heat (37C) briefly to encourage it into solution. It is also noteworthy that storage and stability of these compounds in solution seems decent. I have solutions of all 3 at 1ug/0.1mL so a 1mL syringe can easily be used to dose into a beverage (generally a small glass of water) which have been stored in the fridge for about 1 month with no noticeable degradation based on consistency of effects over time.
To be brief for lack of time, I find ETH-LAD to be the most useful out of the 3. I started with 1P-LSD and have found that it induces much more stimulation and more distracting effects than either AL-LAD or ETH-LAD. I prefer ETH-LAD because even the effects of the microdoses seem to last longer than AL-LAD, but are comparable to 1P-LSD.
I have played around with dosing frequency. I started every mwf, so 3x per week spaced at least a day. No decrease of effects of tolerance after about a month of this regimen. I have also tried 3-4 days in a row with 1-2 days break for a few weeks. Effects slightly diminish by the 3rd or 4th day, but not significantly in my experience. A little extra tired the day after a short binge, but nothing a little coffee or noopept can't remedy.
I will have to compose a much longer and in depth post regarding my experiences in the near future. Happy to provide more info.
