Afterwards, I was terrified that an alligator was going to come up through my toilet while I was pooping. It took me a few tries to like this. It used to come on tv all the time. It won me over. Just a good movie. You can't have a vault of 80s movies without The Karate Kid. I've never really cared for 70s and 80s Star Trek movies, but this one stands out. Khan was a ruthless little fucker. The Thing is easily one of the best horror moves ever made. This is a very effective scary movie that doesn't wrap its ending up all nice and pretty.

Gotta love the classic weiner scene, and the whole babysitting blues crap. :D Elizabeth Shue was hot back then too. I just checked wiki and it states that this was her first starring role.
