Hopeless Please help me get clean off heroin

Took another 400mg ibuprofen and 500mg paracetamol.

I am feeling pretty weak and tired. I still yawn.

I am kind of stuck. I use to be unable to be talked out of drinking if I had the time.( My sister before she got older., getting her to school and then as she got older and had health problems they took presidence over drinking.) But other wise no could tell me no.

I don't want to be a hypocrite, but I really don't want to see a young guy who has a bright future destroy it like I did.

But, My family was much better off financially and enabled me somewhat.

I really hope you can fight the urges to use either.

What do you have to help you? Pharmaceutical stuff like medications?

100% kratom is so fuckin shit and soo short lived that you end up redosing every 30 min. Kratom made me try even stronger stuff because I was dissapointed with that herbal disgusting piss and when I used kratom to kick off more poten opioids it didn't do shit for me. It's not even an opioid just some coffee like substance with various actions, it even goes to your dopamine receptors . When I hear people they kicked heroin with this shit... Im shocked. And now they're on kratom daily which is piss poor substance that is disgusting and gives nausea with each dose (you can feel your stomach turn when you drink that shit)

The (available) comfort medication I have found useful a number of times is promethazine.

It's a first-generation antihistamine BUT at larger doses, it has anticholinergic properties that at least stopped my eyes and nose running. It's also supposed to have opiate-sparing properties which appeared to make reducing opioid use an easier proposition.

It's sold for a wide number of applications including anxiety and insomnia, so those effects may also be of value.

I never used promethazine to enhance the high from opioids although I read that one of the major groups who misuse this medication are those on methadone therapy.

Of course, I don't know where you are based so I don't know if it's available to you.

I suspect the PSA is so vague that it's unclear if selling the pure material would be legal. The herbal mixture MAY fit into the loophole that deals with 'traditional herbal medicines'.

My suspicion is that the 7-OH mitragynine is being made from mitragynine making it a novel psychoactive.

Ive tried mitragynine extract but for me it's very weak... I need to try 7-oh since I hear it can be stronger than morphine (and morphine is my DOC). And yeah they get away with it because there isn't overdoses or too many problems because of it but kratom is very addictive... If you are an addict might aswell do some good drugs not herbal poop

Crush them and put it in a glass of coke. It should work this way. Or crush the pills and parachute it (don't sniff them it's useless). I only do it orally, I have needle phobia, even blood work is hard for me.

If you IV I'm not sure of the process but I I know you can make them IR by crushing them. Although it depends because some brands took anti abuse measures in their formula. I used to make oxy retard IR by crushing it and putting it in a glass of coke (the acid will break it down)

Morphine only has around 20% oral bioavailability. Depending on what formulation you have, it may be possible to crush & plug, crush & snort or whatever.

Morphine is gluconated during first-pass metabolism by the liver so if swallowed, most never reaches the brain.

You may wish to try a challenge dose to see how much you need to feel OK - not great, but not awful.

Yep morphine has poor oral bioavailability and the real way to do it is IV but I hate needles. To get around this you just take a larger morphine dose. Example : 150mg orally may be equal to 50mg IV. Only difference is you get no crazy rush orally but lasts longer. I will never IV and thank God I have phobia because Ive seen where people end up on that road

$14 each for 7-OĤ and what if takes a 2 or more and has no legs? Also even if you could find a vendor it might not be the best, a shady fly by night scam place.

Bro you are right about Kratom. and the stuff sold in smoke shops suck. Also that garbage a will fuck up your tolerance to opiods fast. Then there are the people who used to it and is not cheap and I hear/ read about withdrawals

Ideally I would either snort or smoke them.

I tried plugging a few times but didn't have much luck. Any tips? Would a capsule work better than a serynge? I have 3ml serynge
