Hopeless Please help me get clean off heroin

Also do I need to scrape off the top layer?

As a general rule, yes. But obviously I don't know exactly what form of morphine you have.

If you wish to avoid the needle, plugging is supposed to give bioavailability of over 80%. Snorted, it depends on the excipients.

I would start with the 30 as a challenge dose. Not to feel good, but to work out how much you need to cope.

Crush them and put it in a glass of coke. It should work this way. Or crush the pills and parachute it (don't sniff them it's useless). I only do it orally, I have needle phobia, even blood work is hard for me.
Bloodwork is also hard for me

Huhhuh, I got stuck in a hospital for almost 3 weeks and then had to go for a couple of weeks every day for antibiotic infusions. I was stuck with needles so many times and had a hugh needle stuck in my gut 3 or4 times which was unbelievably painful to get rid of fluid, that now my fear of needles is gone. They kept sticking needles and taking blood and putting in IV's in me it was awful and like after almost 2 week they put a pic line in me which if they had done that in first place would have eliminated me being used as a human pin cushion. Now, I don't even care about blood tests or flu shots.
My fear of needles is gone.

How has your use been? I hope you’ve been doing well. Lol, I’m awake at almost 5 in the morning, trying to kick O-DSMT. This is the first time an opioid has actually dug its claws beneath my skin. I used it daily for 17 days with doses over 100mg+. Not having a fun time right now whatsoever. I’d say opioid withdrawal is more tame compared to my previous experiences with benzodiazepine withdrawal. I’m not riddled with anxiety (yet); it seems to be more physical and isn’t dragging on nearly as long. My clonidine isn’t making me tired today. Luckily, I have some Xanax arriving in the mail today (allegedly), so that should help. Well, only a day or two left of this. Hopefully, I make it. Wishing OP and everyone the best of luck.

The (available) comfort medication I have found useful a number of times is promethazine.

It's a first-generation antihistamine BUT at larger doses, it has anticholinergic properties that at least stopped my eyes and nose running. It's also supposed to have opiate-sparing properties which appeared to make reducing opioid use an easier proposition.

It's sold for a wide number of applications including anxiety and insomnia, so those effects may also be of value.

I never used promethazine to enhance the high from opioids although I read that one of the major groups who misuse this medication are those on methadone therapy.

Of course, I don't know where you are based so I don't know if it's available to you.
This stuff is actually great for insomnia and severe nausea/vomiting. I can sleep 12 hrs on it, which is sometimes what I want.

Unfortunately I don't have promethazine right now.

I am running low on clonidine and benzos as well.

Yesterday I smoked some heroin as I was in the office and I WAS STILL GOING through the withdrawals.

My guess is because I have done crack so long and didn't really take care of my body, that's why they are so prolonged

If you need something for nausea dramamine is a decent otc one. Scopolamine is also a good anti nausea med but i always found it to make me feel weird. Promethazine is otc here in Canada but alot of pharmacies dont stock it as its a old med that not many people ask for. Probably the only people that use it in Canada are those mixing it with opiates lol

Spread whatever opioid u can use into 1 dose every 6hr. I want to say
1, Schedule ( how much per 24h, how much per day, in which intervals )
Than try to spread your dose in 2 halves, use first, use second half maybe na hour later, the later the better )...u will teach your body to be ok while havibg lower blood concentration of the drug, but less severe "semi-wds" cause u Will have it in blood longer.
2, Medications
- benzos/Z-Drugs/gabapentinoids/tizanidine/clonidine/low dose antipsychotic or potent old H1 antagonist, use antidepressants if u are taking them.
- paracetamol
- NSAID'S ( ibuprofen, naproxen, DICLOFENAC)
- topical nsaids help too
- Cannabis ( for sleep or just to be stoned on benzos weed ... )
3, Suplementace
- Zinc, C, E, MG, D, Omega-3

Suboxone really does help. Particularly the sublocade shot. I detoxed at a facility that made me wait 72 hours for induction. It was hell. I've always imagined a detox at home with the right mess would be much more tolerable. They barely give anything good at the facilities since the entire industry is soaked in the "let em suffer" mentality

Stay strong

Didn't they give you anything, even benzos and fluids IV? It is sick that is what is being taught to medical students and residents. The established doctors, scare the shit out of them, or build some bs case against them. It is sick.

I was given phenobarbital, and NSAIDS, anti nausea, and a mild muscle relaxer.

72 hours after arriving I was inducted on subs. This was a "luxury" detox in PA. The state facilities I'm used to in NY wouldn't have given any pheno which really did help.

If I was at home with my own stash, I'd have seroquel, a full script of Xanax and Marijuana gummies and it would've been a cake walk

That is terrible, I use to get detoxed at this one hospital for alcohol( until an incident that was over blown) I missed my opportunity to sue the hospital and a doctor. Anyways they would give me IV Dilaudid and and Ativan which was great for about 2 hours and 40 minutes but the fluids and Ativan were good enough till my next Dilaudid fix( hey I was opiate naive and it made me not sick)1 hour and 20 minutes later. I was going their for alcohol withdrawals and I was basically also getting detoxed. What about cost? I was poor then and on Medicaid and the Great part is sometimes if my doctor( different one than now) was doing rounds their; he would leave me a script for a weeks supply of oxycodone.
( I had some legitimate pain)

The other hospitals I would get stuck with morphine and Ativan( lorazepam)
