Yea cause i had nothing on me and they couldnt get me for anything else. No works no nothing.
coincidentally, i suddenly thought about tobala late last night / early this morning and made a post in his shrine thread
some synchronicity going on there, for sure
It is really great to see you Dondante, Roger, and *Love*Lite*. Let's not be strangers.
dxm + temazepam + a bit of alcohol + a bit of chronic
was the only time i've ever had open eye visuals from DXM
i was pretty lucid, but wow did that pile of cables on the floor look like a strange little pixie like creature
I thought it was due to ambien, though I also understood why you posted it because of johannes kreisler's crazy post and (especially) because it was Thanksgiving ... duh ("duh" for non-Americans, at least). I figured it was ambien because the last time I saw you making goofy posts in this thread it was late on a weeknight, when I know you sometimes work, and so I texted you that night worried that you were fucked up ambien-style at your place of employment (which I imagine is a particularly bad place for such hijinks!).Dondante said:Turkeys with a capital T!
... In all honesty, I don't know what I meant either. Seems to be a case of post-ambien amnestic forum posting.
Part of that might have been because you were in The Lounge -- an insultingly exclusionary place. I've never seen the appeal of The Lounge. I made one thread in there when I was feeling like being silly and pointless on the internet (Bluelight is the only forum I bother with) and the response wasn't really reflective of an off-topic social forum so much as what I'd expect from a bunch of ironically insular socially isolated nerds. They used a bunch of internet meme-speak to communicate that my post wasn't their kind of post and talked to each other without addressing me or the content of my post about how I was a noob because of it (effectively dismissing me without risking addressing anything of merit). I didn't bother trying to respond for too long because it seemed a largely inconsequential endeavor. I also can't stand meme-speak, which doesn't imply much about its speakers as worthwhile discussants. Adopting mass neo-maniac vernacular is how people who can't communicate in their own style mimic originality by referencing unfamiliar things their sub-group is familiar with in order to exclude others for the sake of artificially producing a sense of being part of an in-group. I'm sure that's not everybody in The Lounge of course, but some people may have adopted its customs simply assuming you were familiar with the forum's silly folkways. I don't know exactly what went on of course, but I'm thinking that could explain part of her response to you, or why she may have felt being rude, in your estimation, was sort of par for the course.you should have seen the things she said to me, man.
my dislike for her is deserved.
PM me or hit up the lounge TTYS thread if you want to continue this convo tho.
