Gonna be getting this drug called RAD-140 it's supposed to be good for developing lean muscle mass, its in a family of compounds known as SARM'S. It's good alternative to using anabolic steroids supposedly and I've already found many sources so it's widely available. Gonna probably get some the next time I get paid, bought another tub protein powder as well as protein bars today, got a Pre-work out powder also. Really looking forward to working out tomorrow, I'm starting to become obsessed with fitness again like I was years ago. It's nice to have an outlet like this and it is a good way for me to stay healthier as I get older.

RAD-140 works in a very similar way to anabolics. I wouldn’t recommend you using it unless you’re also using Testosterone as it will shut down your natural production of T.
Really testosterone is probably a better substance to use for leaning out and bulking up.
I bought some rad years ago but haven’t used it yet. I’m waiting till I get on T in a couple years, and even then it’s still a maybe whether I would use it or not.
You should probably spend the next year or so working out and developing a good baseline and making sure working out is something you’re going to stick with before getting into all the drugs that might help you develop muscle. Nothing makes muscles better than regularly exercising.
Good luck on your fitness journey. I love working out but for a different reason. I’ve pretty much accepted that I won’t be some muscular dude because I didn’t get into fitness until I was in my 30s. But what it does for my mental health is equally if not more important than what it does for me physically. It’s the most reliable thing I’ve found to keep my mood balanced and an endorphin high feels pretty good and close to opioids.

Thanks for the advice man I appreciate it, been doing more research and your deff right going on the SARMs can deff crash my system and cause me problems. In my twenties I spent a few years working out and a couple in my early thirties, got pretty big naturally just eating heavy so I'm sure with muscle memory I can get back there again. Never had this much fat on me before tho so I have a long road ahead of me. I'm just gonna stick with the basic supplements and fuck with the kettlebells for awhile.

Then in a few months I'm gonna join a local gym and start with the free weights again. The place the guys in the house goto is like hundred a month which I thought was pretty pricey for a gym. Which is why I'm trying to just do my own thing right now, glad I talked about this on here before I started blowing money on stuff that could be dangerous for me, thanks man. Do you watch this YouTube channel I've been learning alot from this guy. He seems very knowledgeable about Steroids I'm just gonna spend some time studying online and on YouTube before I decide to take the plunge and go on steroids https://youtube.com/c/MorePlatesMoreDates

wtf saw this in the NZ news today lol

Four children, including one aged seven, have been caught holding stolen toys and other goods after breaking into a mall in Hamilton overnight.

Multiple alarm activations alerted Police to the break-in at Chartwell at around 1am.

Staff arrived to find the four children, aged seven, 10, 11 and 12 years old, at the scene holding stolen toys and other goods.

The 11-year-old ran off after seeing Police, however staff chose not to follow him and stayed with the other three remaining youths.

Wtf is a 7 year old doing breaking into a mall at 1 am lol? where the fuck are the parents.

He is probably just another young govt agent. His parents being the govt.

Serious. They do this shit all day. It's been in fullest swing ever last 2 years.

I just realized one of my trip reports is quoted in vortech's MXE book, as I was flipping through the hard copy I bought.

In fact, I flipped directly to it out of around 200 pages. :unsure:
They probably just needed to make up an extra 4000 pages from somewhere..;)
 
I ordered just 5 tabs of LSD from a reputable Aussie vendor a week ago because they were advertised as 200 ug and were of a blotter design I’d not seen before - so I thought I’d test a few before making my usual minimum purchase of 50 tabs to add to the stash …

..the 5 tabs I paid for never arrived..but this did and using the telltale stealth packaging of the vendor I organised..

Not sure what to do next…I’m probably still too tolerant for a couple of days to taste test one…

..and it might be bad karma to not let him know and pay the balance..

I haven’t watched that particular channel. I get most of my steroid info from a friend that uses them.
My favorite Fitness channel is AthleanX. He gives good workout routines for whatever your situation might be (home, gym, weights l, calisthenics etc)
I just stopped going to the gym about a month ago because my daughter was born and I don’t have the time anymore. Instead I started working out with dumbbells in my garage and it seems to be doing the trick. I need to get a pull up/dip station and my home gym will be nearly complete. I only use creatine and protein as fitness supplements. Creatine is great at making you look more swole because of the water retention. If I stop taking for a few weeks my muscles deflate, lol.
Glad to have you back Charlie and it’s great to see you getting interested in healthy activities. ❤️

It's my impression that heavy SARMs like RAD-140 are best run with a testosterone base, both results wise and for quality of life (suppression). Never tried any though and don't really intend to, but steroids especially are exceedingly fun to read about. I know MPMD, do read some of the trenbolone trainwrecks on his subreddit =D it's quality content.
 
What do you guys think the best pre-work out supplement is I got the one from six-star cuz it was a good deal and I didn't wanna spend too much until I do some more research on them. I'm testing it out tonight for my shift at work cuz I'm kinda tired today, had one scoop like twenty mins ago and I'm about to have the second scoop and then go on my thirty minute walk there. Deff feel a little something going on, deff has more kick to it then a coffee would at this point.

I'm gonna order a nice one online and have it sent to my girlfriend cuz the selection at Walmart and CVS wasn't to extensive. I'm definitely really interested in taking fitness more seriously than I ever have before, in the past I always just ate alot and then worked out. I'm trying to really optimize my ability to get the most out of my workout routines, can't wait till that kettlebell gets here this weekend I'm off Saturday and wanna go hard, lol.
 
I haven't used too many, but I would avoid any of them that have DMAA or anything like that in them. I find that stuff nasty, too many side effects. I like the ones that are pretty strong caffeine, and no other stimulants, but lots of all the other booster nutrients/proteins/etc.

I like the C4 brand, but it's just a brand I can get at my grocery store, I haven't looked into very many
 
Bad move it gave me nausea like twenty mins after I took it and halfway thru the walk i suddenly had to shit so badly I almost crapped my pants. Now I'm in the bathroom at work with diarrhea all tweaked the fuck out. So fucking stupid why would I test something like that before my shift. The nausea is easing up now that I went to the bathroom but I will never take two scoops again. I thought it was weak but it must not of fully kicked in yet. Jesus Christ what an idiot I am.
