Krokodil: The drug that eats junkies

there's not really unreacted reagents in heroin though and most of the standard cuts etc are less nasty than the likely side products in this drug
 
I can imagine the unreacted Iodine causing serious problems just for a start. That skin shit looks like radiation poisoning..

If one begins with codeine to make desomorphine, would the ceiling effect of the codeine transfer over to the new drug? I.e., would desomorphine have a ceiling? Sorry, I don't know chemistry so I might be completely off here. :D:\

I know everyone is saying how could they do that to themselves?

But - I have been using this that and the next thing for twenty-five years and I know that ,at certain times of my life, if someone I respected (or wanted to impress) had shown me how to make it I would have been in there like a shot.

There have been times where you are convinced that nothing matters a fuck - so you might as well get pleasure where you can. You have already decided that you want to die by the time you are 21... then 25...then 30...then 35...perhaps 40. (After this age you usually start clinging on to this mortal coil with all your energy- fuck knows why.

Anyway, although I could not Krokodil myself anymore, I totally get why people are doing this
to themselves.

Enough of me talking shit - GOVERNMENTS ARE EVIL - DRUG WARRIORS ARE MURDERERS.

WHY IS IT IMMORAL TO TAKE DRUGS?
 
What this story boils down to is really: Desperate people do desperate things.

Desperation probably was what motivated a colony of proto-chimpanzees to step down from the trees and try to make a new life on the open grassy plains ..... :\

"Desomorphine (Dihydrodesoxymorphine, Permonid, also known as Krokodil) is an opiate analogue invented in 1932 in the United States," ...


Invented in the United States....America you won, are you happy now? You beat the Russians.
 
im finding watching the videos highly compelling i think theres something wrong with me. is anyone else having this problem?
 
Voyeurism's never been my thing, especially with regard to rotting flesh and human suffering, but I suppose whatever turns you on...
 
Although I'm an amateur of weird cinema, I simply refuse to watch these videos.
