I am not trying to derail and harm prevention facts, but i own a microscope and the pictures of the used needles are without a doubt exaggerated. Taking into account the set they used may have been of severely sub-par quality. I examined a standard BD insulin syringe under my microscope and after 10 uses it was still substantially less "hooked" or damaged then the picture shown for 6 uses. I feel like it would have taken another 5 to 10 uses to be that damaged, but i would rather not use one on myself that many times considering i am not a chronic IV drug user and don't "need" to use a kit that many times. At least for now. My buddy who has a corrupt psychiatrist that gave him a prescription for insulin syringes for IV drug use recently ODed (a few days after he got that scrip, go figure) and is moving down to florida to go to rehab and live with his dad. which means once he is gone my only way of getting a new set is to get someone going to the hood to buy one for me, since i live in New Jersey. 8) Anyone else in NJ have any better ideas for getting a set? Im not sure about NY and PA laws i have looked but haven't found much. That was a while ago so before this post gets to big im gonna go google that.
Thats at least the 6th person i know going to florida for rehab.. why does everyone go there?
