Every morning <snip>, I always make sure to shower, brush muh teeths, get presentable, spray my cologne.... but I'm definitely not the stereotype druggie though. Not even close.

Depends... When I was working out regularly and more active it was once a day. Lately I haven't been very active tho and I've been showering every 1 or 2 days. I also find a direct correlation between my depression and personal hygiene. But I can't go over 2 days without showering even if I'm just sitting around the house.

Yeah, I bathe a ton. Our bathtub has jets. Hot water + essential oils + jets + Epsom salt = amazing stress reliever.

I shower atleast once a day, twice if I'm planning on going out that night. I have to shower in the morning cause I wake up feeling gross and dirty. Also probably covered in drool...

Daily, sometimes twice a day when I'm on the shit. I don't fuck around with my hygiene. Nothing sicker than the lingering smell of rotten ass or pussy from a dirty fucker.

@ Help!?!- Do you work as an auto mechanic or something? It seems to me scrubbing so hard as to cause bleeding would set you up for more dirt, and germs, to accumulate on your skin, and possibly inside your body. Staph isn't fun. I got it once when I was using exfoliating gloves on my body (for whatever beautiful reason).

Lately, once every two days is average. I do feel a little greasier but in the new apartment I moved into, the bathtub was painted wrong (or cheap paint was used) and smelled like paint any time I would shower, so I got a gym membership just to shower, and didnt feel like going every day.

I think the paint has finally dried/off-gassed enough as I've been showering at home more and don't notice the smell. But, I'm accustomed now to every two days.

Showering can also be a source of toxic exposure... As some of the stuff in water that is worried about, such as chlorine, is better absorbed through skin. So showering less may be good.

I shower once a day on average. Used to shower before bed for as long as I remember, but recently started showering just before school.

Last week I had to laugh at the lengths I am willing to go to save my garden in the horrible drought we are having in California. We are on strict rationing (60 gallons per day per person). I went 4 days taking only sponge baths so that I could water my plants LOL.
