^ The problem for me is that I hate artificial fragrances so even though using wipes is better than the alternative, the wipes leave that scent which then mixes with their own body smell so if you go down on them it's really repulsive. 8(
There are fragrance free baby wipes. Huggies makes the best I have found. I have used them over 8 years.

Ugh worst part of being in the service was being deployed in the field with lack of a shower for long periods of time in 110 degrees of rocket hot, with 120lbs of kit ugh I hated that to no end, 5 combat deployments, shit got old really fast, but I miss being in the Army ( 75th Ranger Reg.)

Being in the army actually appeals to me but the only thing is I don't think I can last without showering for a day :p

LOL yeah you get ripe quickly. I left the service a Capt. and I am currently starting a career with a Private corp. the woman doesn't like it but the pay was hard to turn down, and my particular skill set is not exactly common. So I figure make hay while the sun is shinning, in a few years my skill set will be useless and I will be just another ex military security jockey.

I make myself shower every other day. I can't go longer because my hair gets greasy and my scalp starts to itch. Plus my shirts get an odor that doesn't wash out, not from sweat but smelly body oil. My whole adult life I had the ritual of showering every single day because it was a habit. I didn't really need to but helped me to feel fresh. I think it comes down to what a person is conditioned to do even if it's not truly necessary.

It's strange I found this thread because my stepdad goes weeks or longer without showering. He's elderly and since retiring a few years ago, just doesn't care much about hygiene. When he has a special occasion like today where we're taking my aunt out for dinner he will clean up. Come to think of it, until today Christmas day was the last shower for him.

Every morning before work. Also before and after partying. Before going out in general. I probably don't need to shower that much but I literally don't feel right if I haven't showered in the morning.

I shower once a day.. but I do not wash my hair every day.

I have very long hair that is naturally curly. I usually straighten it with a flat iron, which takes an hour to do, so of course I do not wish to do that every day. On top of that, I have oily hair at the roots and dryer at the ends. Washing it daily is actually counterproductive for overly oily hair. Plus, I do not want to fade my high lights and low lights.. that shit is expensive for up keep as it is!

Dry shampoo is a good product to use for a gal like me.

Absolutely! Please keep in mind that it depends on what color your hair is... some of the brands are more "powdery" and some are more invisible. I have blonde hair, so I can use pretty much any of them. I used to go old school and just use baby powder when I was growing up, before the days of dry shampoos, and honestly when I am short on dry shampoo these days I will sprinkle a little on too, but the only thing about baby powder is I find it makes my hair full of static. Good'ns are: Victoria's Secret "clean and go" dry shampoo, Oscar Blandi's "Pronto" invisible shampoo spray, And Tressemme (spelling on that is wrong, I know, but you know what I mean,) and there was a "Dove" brand I liked too.

I will tell you that I absolutely HATED the "Youth renewal dry shampoo" by "Nexus."

I would say try a few brands. You can usually get them fairly cheap and to be honest, I have found more often than not, the cheap ones are the better ones.

Once a day on average.

I don't like to overshower. The best way to cleanse the skin is by sweating. When I sweat good, I shower. If I haven't sweated much, I tend not to shower. So I can go 36-48 hours without showering. But then some days I sweat a ton due to lots of exercise, so I shower twice.

I shower in the morning before work, and again in the evening after hot yoga, where I am sweat for 90 minutes straight.

I take baths 3 or 4 times a week before bed. I have always loved being in warm/hot water. We grew up going to hot springs once or twice a year to take mineral baths and mud baths. Cleansing and peaceful.

this is a bit weird but i dont really shower any more

take baths instead...

once every day or 2 days

there was a stint of doing cold showers (i dont do hot showers any more so that could be a factor in why i just bathe)

but i might get back into it since its hot and i want to start exercising again

it depends, usually every other day but for example during summer when i have no school i can go even a week without a shower.... which i really hate because i am all sweaty and smell like shit but sometimes i just want to do drugs and play videogames all the day long and don't have time to have a shower.
