^ being enrolled in a methadone clinic may drastically destroy your chances of ever being treated for chronic pain again if it stays on your medical/pharmacy record. Then again you will probably get methadone doses a pain patient could only dream of so who needs pain managment.

Not sure if its true but if its on some sort of record the pain docs and pharmacists can see you will never get a a tramadol again

I used about every ROA there is except for IV (no needles for me no ty)

60mg oral : decent body high, very sociable and absolutely not functional.

40mg plugged: almost the same as oral except for faster come up.

Then I tried smoking it and oh damn.. the smoke is just so smooth. There is no real rush there, just instant happiness. I smoked about 100mg's. For me this is the route to go with, although you will need to take out the foil again in about 30mins.

Also 30mg methadone (maintenace)

A few doses of kratom, have a couple new strains to play with.
Also smoked some spliffs with 2 friends and just came back from the local casino. I actually enjoy playing poker but rarely go to casinos because poker tables are kind of expensive to play at and the other stuff is mostly a waste of money. This time we played blackjack which I'm not a big fan of, but it was fun regardless.

Got a few doses of "changa" (AKA DMT+maoi), haven't tried it yet but I'm kind of curious to see how it is.

Codeine fucking cough syrup in a random UA screen. Not even RX, you just sign for it so I thought nothing of it. I had a hacking, unproductive cough. You'd think years of being an easy, trouble free patient would be worth a benefit of the doubt on your 1 and only dirty UA but not at that place. And yeah, the thought of taking my .45 and turning my brains into pink and grey scrambled eggs has crossed my mind. I gotta find a trustworthy, sends what you order to U.S. and takes something other than Bitcoin vendor of RC opie analogs soon, I have pretty severe chronic pain. Methadone clinic isn't an option since I need my xanny bars for panic disorder and M'done clinics have a no benzo policy.

Fuckers gave me norco tens for one of the most painful surgeries known.

But 20mg of hydrocodone
And 10mg valium

Been sober so long and this shit still does nothing for me.
Plan to get back to sobriety in a couple weeks once I'm not in pain.
Getting out of the hospital after a week was an awesome high by itself.

You stay around Chicago correct? My friend got shot in his lower stomach out there (he lived) and they gave him Norcos and Tramadol lmao. Me and him used to crush up roxies and snort them every few hours for multiple weeks. He also says Tramadol does nothing to him.

Illinois is a terrible state, I personally hate it. #1 in corruption.

Well the time has come I have to really watch what I take till I see my doc. Because the addict in me chose to have fun to many times lol I'm now down to 30 mgs a day instead of 50 mg. I was taking a lot and due to my back pain mostly tho it really didn't seem to help if I took more anyways thenpain was still present I just noticed I was high like my eyes and itchy felt good not great as in huge amount of euphoria but deff good. But my back pain was still there so going to talk to the doc about that I don't want to get on breakthrough meds but I don't see any other option anymore I can't self medicate with my dones and possibly run out at work. Remote sites suck for mail sometimes!

Wish me luck tonight I have 35 mg to get my by I've taken 20 already lol

^ Sounds so perfect. I love dosing multiple analgesic opiates, and the benzos get you all the way there. (Hellish addiction tho) That Promethazine shit really works to potentiate, and Hydroxyzine provides semi-decent opiate potentiation. I would kill for that combo Methacodone, you a lucky man.

Morning dose of 120mg methadone + 2mg Clonazepam + 600mg Gabapentin + smoked cannabis + smoked crystal (no rigs present) + 600mg more Gabapentin and 2.5 Mexican Xanax bars + more herb smoking. All day.
 
I know there's no price discussion on drugs on BL, but trust me... not going to mention how much I pay for each substance.. but my addiction costs me nearly tens of thousands of dollars monthly.. in al honesty, without my addiction... I'd be a millionaire today. That's the sad truth.

Just woke up, and packed a fatty black tar bowl on foil, a lil over half a gram... love taking massive hits.

along with a couple mg of Xanax, and a couple mg of clonazeeeepam.

then going to rail some 'pana.... :D
