Then took methadone this morning, w/
150mg lyrica
1000mg gabapentin
9mg bromazepam
1mg clonazepam
175mg orally invested RSO

Drinking a beer (blind pig), I barely drink, letting the opiates and benzos to wear off, hit some more meth so my gf and I can party.

Then start over, opiates, benzos, somas, lyrica, stimulants, cannabis

Weekend is upon us! xD :P Time to get my stash out, probably will do some Methylphenidate and Oxycodone tablets and I'm preparing myself for a 4-HO-MET (Metocin - 4-hydroxy-N,N-ethyl-methyltryptamine) trip... will take a 20 mg dose and get myself comfortably with some good music and some Youtube! :) :D

Can get some just now but every time I use another guy they always try throwing in pills and I ain’t strong enough to say no so il wait

Said it before and will say it again if people in Great Britain could buy weed in a shop or some kind of medical dispensary then our hard drug problems would be at least half what they are now .
Iv seen kids take off there school ties to go buy weed and walk away with Valium it’s actually disgusting and won’t stop until weed is regulated

So my surgery went ok. I didn't get to enjoy the anesthesia though cause I didn't get any sedation feeling or "count backwards from 10" or anything. :( Just the nurse saying she was giving me some medicine in my iv which she did and it burned like hell. Then after that just looking around the operating room and listening to the nurses talk to each other for like 5 minutes or so. And next thing I knew I was in the recovery room fully alert.

But I still hurt worse than I did before the surgery. They gave me the lame ass anti inflammatory, Percocet AND Morphine all at once and it didn't even touch the pain. I asked them several times for "that medicine you guys gave me the first time in the er" but apparently once you're post-op they won't jar loose with the good stuff even if you lay awake crying all night and all morning.
 
Btw, do any of you know if they usually discharge you with a script for anything good after they take your gallbladder out? Like how they gave me a script for Norco after my oral surgery.
 
Woke up at 3 today gotta be up before the Chemist closes otherwise I wouldn't of got out of bed my guy ticked me my daily ten bag of gear it's pretty shit tbh but better then nothing he will let me know when he's got some better stuff then had my 50 ml methadone with the Chemist reminding me to be there before 1 tomorrow because it's saturday oh I also got half a lovely spliff my mate sorted me that I am saving to watch hollyoaks with everyone I know says I look and sound a lot healthier since I've started taking daily methadone script and I agree life is a lot less dppressing and overwhelming I still get crippling cravings for gear but they don't bother me anymore really because I know it's all in my head as long as I'm not physically clucking with physical withdrawals,now that I can't handle I get paid two days before Christmas this year so at least I will have some money I am planning to put at least £100 in a savings account every time I get paid and start off a little nest egg it's nfffot the first time I've planned and failed but my key worker and addiction specialist says I need to start proving to myself that my drug addiction is no longer in control I am I can't believe Christmas is only 3 weeks away ohhhh I'm excited if I'm lucky I will get invited to stay with some family in Liverpool which if I don't get shot in a drive by should be a lot of fun seriously don't fuck about in Liverpool it's not like down south especially if you got a Midlands accent peace guys hope everyone stays safe and high this Christmas

I'm pretty fucked. I tried standing up earlier and it was definitely not a great idea. Could be higher though. Could always be higher.

Started staggering Gabapentin at six 1200mg every thirty minutes last dose just there for a while
One massively packed mighty vape of really good mystery weed
The Gabapentin are just kicking in so good mix with the weed as I’m feeling very stoned and relaxed

- 25 mg of Amitryptiline - oral
- 50 mg of Levomeprazole - oral
- 1 gram of Bubblegum weed (not very great) - smoked
- 30 mg of Morphine (OraMorph oral solution) - oral
- 50 mg of Promethazine - oral
- 0.5 mg of Clonazolam - oral

Nicotine and Caffeine during the morning. I find it rather difficult to adjust to a dose of 2 x 2 mg Methadone instead of 1 x 5 mg so used a few pharms from my stash. :cool:

I made it through 2 days of post-meth binge withdrawal and felt like shit but could see the light at the end of the tunnel. If I’d swallowed 20 mg diazepam and 100 mg seroquel instead of half a gram of new source meth I probably would have made it through the tunnel all the way....
