This batch of heroin might actually be the best I’ve ever had? It’s so light in color and smokes cleaner than any powder i’ve had. Negative for fent, nitazenes and xylazine as well. Smells right but not super strong. I’ll have to do at least one IV dose before it’s gone.

How well do you think rectal works for heroin? Is this an ROA you use on a regular basis for H?

I assume this is powder or #4? I used to get tar back when heroin existed and it was always pretty acidic due to the residual acetic acid where I always feared I would chemically burn the inside of my ass with the residual acetic acid content in heroin.

I guess you can treat it with baking soda and test the ph of it to make it more neutral.

But this is t really a problem with powdered H is it?

I’ve plugged tar before and it didn’t burn but I had a lot of really unpleasant GI issues whenever I did it. What I’m using right now is #4, it’s great rectally, one of the main ROAs I like to use, only issue is that there’s no rush like with any other roa practically, but it’ very effective and is the most efficient/economical roa besides IV.
 
The sad moment when I get to the end of the bag of heroin. Needs to happen though! Going back to just kratom after this. I have two lines or 3 shots if I decide to IV it, either way I’ll be spacing doses out as much as I can. I’ve noticed if I drink kratom with my heroin dose the high is just amazing, so I’m gonna make a cup right now as my rectal dose kicks in. Then I’ll work on music and enjoy this quiet winter’s night.

Keep in mind I started at 8am and it's 18:46pm now.

150mg methadone
4000mg gabapentin
24mg bromazepam
1mg alprozalam
And now smoking a self rolled joint of Atomic Apple 0.8g.

Got 5g of that and 5g Blue Cheese.

Not very high but not in so much pain. I bumped my methadone dose from 30mg a day to 75mg the last 2 days to help with pain. Busted my left ear drum on Friday night. Also some ibuprofen and paracetamol.

So just sleeping a lot or trying cause laying down I have the least amount of pain.
