haha I love you people :D pace? about 6 kilometers a hour trough icy city,what I mean there was hard ice everywhere and hi snow too so it was pretty swift considering the terrain...
 
its been non-stop rain all day so we haven't been able to get out and go for a walk.

been lifting instead bro
 
Yeah damn this rain. Last two days solid and not stopping anytime soon. No weekend run so grabbed the brollie and took a good walk. 12.5kms in about 100 mins.
 
I was tired as fuck from lack of sleep and excessive cardio yesterday, but I dragged my ass into the gym for a 45 minute chest and tricep session, now I feel much better :)
 
Haven't worked out in a coupla weeks so I told myself today is the day no more slackin. Did a nice pushup workout of 250 pushups. Yeah sure I'm pissed my diet slipped a bit n I got smaller. Coupla weeks n ill be back to pumpin round 400+ in an hour
 
Deadlifts, lat pull-downs, and shrugs. First back workout I have done in a couple months. It feels good now, but I'm gonna be sore in the morning.

deadlifts are fucking awesome. I love the way it makes me feel after. I think I'm coming down with a cold or something :/ nose is stuffed up and I feel sluggish.
 
^^I've always wondered is it okay to train while sick? Doesn't it lower the strength of your immune system while you are working out?

This morning, 50 minutes back and bicep.
 
Hour-long walk to and from uni, more walking the rest of the day, 10mn cross-trainer, 30mn treadmill, 20mn exercise bike, 2x30 push-ups, 2x60 crunches.
Damn I've become all sporty and stuff =D I love that with my exercise program these days, I can eat whatever the hell I want and still lose weight. It's wonderful.
