How did you get off your butt today?

Just walkin to/from work today. too cold for exercise.

Hour-long walk to and from uni, more walking the rest of the day, 10mn cross-trainer, 30mn treadmill, 20mn exercise bike, 2x30 push-ups, 2x60 crunches.
Damn I've become all sporty and stuff =D I love that with my exercise program these days, I can eat whatever the hell I want and still lose weight. It's wonderful.
Glad your liking exercise.

Try to eat lots of healthy food, rather than a normal amount of unhealthy processed stuff. That will help you cut, and lead to productive growth.

True, true. I am cutting down a lot on the junk food, but unfortunately I had such horrible eating habits before that 'cutting down a lot' still means eating a lot of pretty bad stuff. I'm getting there though, slowly but surely.

legs day, expected fatigue from the last couple of epic walks. found myself stronger than last week. not sure, might be the thai red bull bottles wifey got me this week.

30 minute quick weight training session. Should have taken the day off (Ive lifted the past 9 days straight), but couldn't resist. I did go light however.

careful of overtraining my friend. I trained for 3 weeks straight in the county, all bodyweight exercises, and was hurting so badly. stupid spades for pushups competition. white boy can push though XD

45min full body workout yesterday. Those Deadlifts and Squats exercising muscles i never knew existed, it made laboring work today a little difficult lol.

20 mins HIIT on the treadmill
20 mins stretching

I've also started walking the 9 flights of stairs up to my office every day instead of taking the elevator. Sometimes, if I go out for lunch or meeting, I'll end up doing this 3 or 4 times a day, so that's got to count for something.

back, lats, abs and biceps.

weird i have no leg doms this week, despite the workout two days ago being stronger than before. last week, i did legs one day earlier in the week (tuesday) and was feeling it still on sunday.

15 mile (road/trail) run in -8C. Once we were done 2hr 40 min later it was 0C....balmy.
My right leg (ankle knee hip) started hurting mile 8. I am gonna hurt tomorrow.

you ran a kilometer for every hour in the day. nice job!

today i did back squats, military presses, and pull ups as usual. i'll probably add in direct arm work soon for proportionality.

day 28 8.56 miles

39.06 miles to go

body is getting aquainted to the stress and is becoming more efficient. after I get into a good routine the only time I get doms is doing something really intense on a new routine.

Thanks for the reply. :) I was expecting the doms to gradually decrease, this was a sudden and massive difference.

A 4 mile run, I felt I needed to as I will be stuffing my face with Vegetarian Chilli with cheddar on it and various snacks like Nachos and dip and some Sam Adams later on when the superbowl starts :)

5 minutes walking (warm up at 6.5km/h)
20 mins HIIT on the treadmill
20 minutes stretching in my mission to do the splits. I have about 16cm to go, but my ligaments or tendons or whatever just feel so damned tight.

45 minute high-intensity weight training after taking 3 days off. Felt well rested and even put up some extra reps.

Later, I will run 3 miles.
