How did you get off your butt today?

10km run. Was planning on doing 5 more but the wind was so strong it just drained my energy
 
Worked out for 30 mins, ran for 10 mins and skated for an hour. Felt pretty damn good til I woke up from a 2 hour nap :/ I think I pushed myself a lil to far today.

30 min. elliptical
20 min. bike

I also walk 2 miles M-F (usually Sat. too): 1 mi to work (slightly uphill), 1 mi back (slightly downhill, obviously)
