today I walked swiftly for 4 and half hours straight for total lenght of 25 kilometers.... tell me I am bad ass or something
dude that is bad ass for sure, walking 25km is a great workout in anyone's book, and great for cardio, weight loss and boosting metabolism

I love that with my exercise program these days, I can eat whatever the hell I want and still lose weight. It's wonderful.
