I spent the last 5 days in Mexico...ran 12.3 miles on the treadmill, lifted weights with my husband, kayaked about 30 min on the ocean, walked about a mile on the beach, 60 min water aerobics class, (2) 45 minute Pilates classes. It was easy to eat paleo while on holiday. In the airport, was another story. I didn't gain a pound

woke up at noon to drop for drug court. went shopping with my dad. then came home and did back, chest, and arm workouts. intensity level was high enough I threw upfeelsgoodman. off to an NA meeting now to watch a friend celebrate 5 years clean.
