films: most "disturbed/ing" movies

Repulsion - Girl has freaky-ass rape fantasies. Scared the hell out of me. Roman Polanski--say no more.

12 Monkeys - Brad Pitt is fucking scary. Maybe my opinion was tainted by the fact I first saw this when I was like eleven, by myself.

Last Exit to Brooklyn - The book is more disturbing, the movie is more totally depressing. But very very good. I highly recommend it.

Flatliners - Get over the cheesy 80s feel, and it's really good. Plus Kiefer Sutherland's in it.

Storytelling - I like it better than Happiness, and it's possibly more depressing.

Pink Floyd The Wall - Fucked up.
 
I saw this belgian film- think it was called 'Funhouse' which involved a family being killed over 24 hours. It was absolutly sickening....
 
Most Gut-Wrenching & Disgusting Movies...Ever

I think the most disgusting move is Freddy Got Fingered.

- when his friend Darren broke his leg on the half-pipe and Gord starts licking the pertruding bones - YUM

- when he pulls up to the deer and cuts open it's stomach exposing it's wonderful insides - (nice seepage 8o)

- when he is delivering the baby of the livid woman- and just starts fuckin' yanking on the baby- stretching the umbilical cord and then gnawing on it...

along with plenty of well-shot scenes of bestiality

Irreversible is pretty fuckin bad- some seriously disturbing moments.
Canniball holocaust is really disgusting as well, real scenes of animals being mutilated-not nice
 
I have looked for cannibal holocaust for years but yet to find it. I wanna see this movie I've heard so much about.

Yeah Kids leaves a bleh taste in my mouth after watching it.

Reqiuem for a Dream. Its the only movie that still messes with me everytime I watch it. I'm in a good mood it puts me in a bad mood. in a bad mood it puts me in a worse mood. Beautiful movie but I've never had a movie affect me so much phyiscally everytime I watch it

I'm also overly depressed after watching this movie, but I'm assuming it's natural considering it's circumstances.
 
I gotta agree with neb. As someone else said, kids was fucking disturbing, but nothing has fucked with my head as much as irreversible. I almost feel ashamed to admit it, as it just seemed designed to do that to me, but damnit, it fucking worked. That film was an ordeal.
 
Irreversible and Cannibal Holocaust, i have to agree are fucking disgusting. They really did make my gut wrench and i wish i had never watched them. One of the most gory films i have seen is Braindead. Hilarious and entertaining, as well as disgusting. :)

EvilDead1 is the bomb....and pretty sickening. I especially love the pencil stabbing in ankle scene...and the rape scene with the branches, and the pulling penis out of dead man scene ...LOL
So many gross out scenes in this movie alone.

John Waters Pink Flamingos is a favorite, and the grossest comedy i have ever seen. It earned notoriety for its unashamed willingness to plunge the depths of atrocity and bad taste.
Scenes such as:
~When Divine gets a turd in the mail, courtesy of her neighbors, for whom she is competing for the title "Filthiest Person Alive" .
~Her daily routine driving around the backroads of Baltimore flipping off potential riders, going into the deli and sneaking raw meat out of the store between her privates,
~grossest scene EVAR is when Divine scarfs down fresh doggie doo off of the sidewalk, then smiles into the camera flashing that sharky grin of his. (rumor is, it was real shit too, and Divine gladly came up with it when John Waters asked him )
~Divine's brain damaged mom (gap toothed, gravelly voiced, hugely overweight Edith Massey) sits in a crib seemingly only in a bra and panties, munching on hard-boiled eggs all the livelong day. Her son (Danny Mills) has sex with chickens before killing and eating 'em, much to the disgust of animal rights activists nationwide upon the film's release.

great choice! that scene stayed in my mind for quite a while after i saw it. don't forget the chicken fucking scene! yikes. supposedly the chickens really did die from all that action...

Its banned pretty much everywhere in the world so inevitably there's an underground market for it, ask around in the dvdhorror forums, alternately Kazaa does occasionally have it, thats how i got to see it anyway. Though if you really want horror I reckon irreversible is the worst and you can get that from any dvd shop. You can't go wrong with brutal ass rape and a man graphically getting his head caved in with a fire extinguisher......ok maybe you can I hear Bambi's good
