lol, I started cycling again a few weeks ago, went from 5km to 10, to 30, 40, 50 and now 70. took me more than a few hours though, maybe a bit much, but I can't do heavy lifting after my neck injury started flaring up again, so whatever, just legs and cardio is good too. you guys are lifting 50 pound dumbells and I can only do half of that right now or something, too much and I'm out for weeks to months depending on severity, which is no fun, can finally move my neck to the left again now. the hurt in my ass is gone already, lmao, but it's mainly due to a shitty bike seat, need to change it if I'm going to be sitting on it for that long, don't want to spend money on that though, so yeah, lol.
