I think we have only ever made our own bread a few times as baking isn't as forgiving as cooking. I have all the ingredients as make my own pizzas / pasta's etc but only ever used the little instant yeast packets. Not something readily available around here but cumin and basil bread sound a great combination, I love cumin and I think I use it more than any other spice (after chili powder, Cayenne). (Might actually use that in my next pizza base
