^swap you for my Thai Pumpkin curry as that looks so tasty, great combination of flavors as well. Love anchovies - love gorgonzola, must admit I've not tried it with pine nuts but I love it with Walnuts / Pears.
 
We were out for a meal tonight -
Mahi Tuna - pan seared and served with a ginger sauce
Minced Chicken lettuce wraps
Hot and sour soup
Kung Po Prawns
Some random Chicken and Potato dish
White rice

FN lovely and no washing up :)

Just had a load of chicken and salad with chilli sauce
 
I'm actually having milk and cookies before trying to sleep....
.... This Step-Mom from America is obviously having an effect hehe 8)
 
I've had a really lazy week when it comes to cooking - shop bought chicken with salad for tea again tonight.
 
I made a bowl of pitta chips with a hummus and roast red pepper (from a jar) dip.

Really tasty and quite filling :)

Do eeeit if you eat it quickly it doesn't count = Fact! Are your proper veggie or do you still wear leather, eat fish and eggs etc. I don't eat Pork, Lamb, Beef etc but I eat chicken, fish, eggs etc.
