Anal infection with human papilloma virus (HPV) is at near universal levels in gay men. I'll just add I used to be a really big MDPV smoker & the stuff I was getting was 99.8% pure Hcl that was 100% of the time smoked, sometimes upto several days in session so my levels of depravity will beat anything you have ever done.

Condoms are not rated for anal sex. It says so on most packets.

Yeah I don't understand why a lot of men will fuck someone's ass without condoms? I understand the arguments that it would feel better, be more intimate, etc. but the few times I have done anal sex as activ/giver to a partner I used condoms, and always will since not everyone cleans themselves out before anal sex and I have heard horror stories about infection, disease, etc. I am still not sure why rimming or going ass to mouth is so popular? I have never done any of that and have no desire to ever do it.

That's very true. My friend that's gay and a doctor apparently from what he has told me through the decades of our friendship does anal sex as passiv/bottom/taker on a regular basis. He uses condoms now but for awhile he did not, and he had partnerships/relationships with people who he thought were monogamous but then found out they were cheating. :-\

HPV is always transmitted.
Not all strains of HPV cause.
Not every male has HPV.
Vaccines.

Anal sex is very common. Up to 40% of women have had a go at it. Where is this army of butthole cancer sufferers? Where is this epidemic?

Vaginal sex can cause cervical cancer- its actually way more likely for HPV to be transmitted this way because vaginal sex is waaaaay more common. I note that you are not posting stupidly confrontational videos on this and urging people to avoid vaginal sex. Why is that?

Let's assume that the 1800% claim is over the top. How about 800%.
An increase of 800% means the final amount is 9 times the original (100% + 800% = 900%).

5 years ago, say we had 1000 people with anal cancer. Now we have 9000. After 5 more years we will have 81000. An epidemic.

logically the damage comes from the size of what goes in and how rough you are with it

one of my straight friends got an anal fistula and has sworn off anal sex BUTT her sister had this fistula thing and her mum years back and they weren't fucking up the butt. so some of it was a problme that ran in the family

so there are probably things it can trigger and if you stretch it beyond capacity it will get damaged

its pretty simple- if what you are shoving up there is smaller than the size of your shits then thats prob okay

as for HIV - PREP. get with the times

All this talk about poop, sex, doctors and gays...I decided to look for an actual gay doctor who knows about sex with poop and all that.

As it turns out, there is a certain gay doctor [Goldstone SE.], and he's willing to spill all the beans, in his book:
The Ins and Outs of Gay Sex: a medical handbook for men (Dell Publishing, New York, NY, 1999)

I suggest you read the book, and check out the comments on amazon, where debased individuals not unlike some here complain bitterly about the good Dr spoiling their "fun" with facts.
