Its a fairly common phenomenon. I haven't had it, but I've heard many talk of dirty hits and cotton fever, probably from bacteria in the shot. I can imagine the stimulation and subsequent paranoia and tachycardia making this especially nasty. Shooting coke leads nowhere good. Fuck, I'd recommend smoking crack over iv coke (have heard otherssay this too), so that surely a big red flag.
Please consider snorting, plugging, or even if you absolutely can't resist that crazy explosion of dopamine, smoke it. I think its as good as IV and you dont have to whack up every half hour and fuck your veins so much.
Perhaps even cook up half your daily cocaine buy, and alternate between plugging, snorting and smoking.
It'll help stretch things out as you won't have the crashing lows, as when your last pipe is wearing off, a line will keep you comparatively level.
Also less dangerous if your sources purity varies as drastically as you said.
