That's exactly how I'd describe a medium/prebreakthrough dose of dmt with ketamine, like my brain was quickly remodeling the world in 3D. The visuals were so crisp and dimensional.
Some examples:
My friend's face started rearranging into lego blocks, then a doll/ceramic type style, then a 3d cartoon look, then many other things including half his face falling away to be replaced by patterns and what looked like electronic circuitry.
My own hands and arms looked alien as they had no texture at all, except maybe what I'd expect the texture of a healed 3rd degree burn scar to look like.
The rug had a pattern of lines on it, but these all rearranged in to completely different patterns where all the lines led straight to a point in front of me.
