Higher Living Ayurvedic Digestion Tea is an organic blend of Orange Peel,Licorice Root,Cinnamon,Peppermint,Lemon Peel, Ginger,Camomile, Basil,Pepper.

mostly i like to try them for flavours and im digging anything licorice lately

that aside, i always love plain green tea.

Either plain black tea (no flavour additives), green tea or some weird herbal mixture with cinnamon, ginger etc.

Peppermint is my fav when i am off of the black or caffeine tea.

If you can find it in bulk, it is cheap, or grow your own for almost nothing!!!

It is a hearty plant, part of the catnip family i think.

Ahhh i fucking love ALL TEA. I bought a really good one recently from a fancy tea shop in SF, it was a Chinese Milk Oolong, and it's whole tea leaves shriveled up into small black balls of aromatic heaven. The tea is really light in color, very subtle in flavor, and absolutely divine. You re-use the tea leaves a couple times and usually by the third steep you've got flavor perfection. Love that one, it's almost gone.

I drink tea pretty much all day long. I'll start every single morning off with 2 cups of a nice english breakfast tea with some local honey and a splash of almond milk. Then I will have a cup of green tea (sometimes jasmine). I like to have herbal teas in the afternoon so I'm not having caffeine all day long. I like red rooibos and ginger.

At night I usually have Pukka night time tea, which has valerian, oat flower, lavender, chamomile, and licorice root. It's simply divine with a little bit of honey. It relaxes me so much before bed.

After dinner, I have started making a pot of licorice root and anise seed tea for digestion. It helps coat the digestive tract (I have a fucked up stomach). It really helps soothe my stomach and it tastes amazing too. I have a jar of organic licorice root and anise stars, and I grind up the anise stars and mix it all together in a little metal tea pod for steeping.

Catnip tea is also amazing. I started growing catnip for my cat, he absolutely loves fresh catnip. I'll pluck off a flower and some leaves and put it on him and he goes crazy with it. He chews on it, rubs his face in it, plays with it. So I started reading up on catnip and apparently it makes a great tea for humans. I tried it with a little bit of lemon verbena in it, holy shit that stuff tasted amazing. It's got a kind of grassy, herby taste to it. If you mix it with lemon it just blends really nicely and makes a great tea.

Another tea I like is rose geranium. We have a plant growing out back and I just pluck off a few of the leaves, stick it in a pot with hot water and maybe some lemon for added flavor. OmG, its ssoooo good. It's a really light tasting tea.

Shit I could go on and on about tea. I love it all.

Twinnings - Earl Grey. Difficult choice as Darjeeling is right up there, but Earl Grey wins it on goal difference !

Amazing scenes.

Earl Gray lattes are SOOO GOOD. I add a tiny bit of sweetener (usually honey these days, but agave nectar or a little raw sugar works too) and about 1/4 of the cup full of almond milk or whole milk (ive been trying to stay away from dairy these days for my digestive issues). Fuck yes, I love tea lattes. Milky sweet tea ftw!

I love tea, but I don't do caffeine. Anyone have some great recommendations for non-caffeinated tea?

there are decaf teas being sold in stores. Also, I believe peppermint tea does not contain caffeine which is my fave!!!

I drink Earl Grey and pretend I am Captain Picard.
Picard is why I started drinking it too. Otherwise any black tea is fine.
I drink it either without anything or with a little lime and sugar. Never got the milk thing (and yes, I did try... wasn't bad, just not as good as my way).

Oh and I put a few ice cubes in so I can drink it without burning my throat.
