What's your favorite tea?

Earl Gray lattes are SOOO GOOD. I add a tiny bit of sweetener (usually honey these days, but agave nectar or a little raw sugar works too) and about 1/4 of the cup full of almond milk or whole milk (ive been trying to stay away from dairy these days for my digestive issues). Fuck yes, I love tea lattes. Milky sweet tea ftw!

I must confess I do find it baffling when people sweeten tea, but it is just relative to my own tastebuds I guess.
But I can't drink coffee without 2 sugars and milk ! Some like black with no sugar. S'all good. :)

Tea is kinda 'savoury' to mo, whilst Coffee is like 'dessert' lol..

All I ever drink is tea, hot and cold. I've loved hot tea my whole life, and stuck with the stuff you buy in tea bags
(Sleepy time, camomile etc) until someone turned me onto tea leaves. It's stupid, but I'd never actually had "real tea"
The difference is amazing!! There's a store in one of the malls here that sells only tea leaves, and it's hella expensive, but man is it worth it. Right now I'm hooked on chai....

But if it's iced tea I'm like every other southerner...
Gots to be Milo's baby :)

white. silver needle if i'm treating myself

Lovely except for the price. Delicate new leaf buds, best made with water of 80 degrees C. max. a few minutes after boiling in other words, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baihao_Yinzhen

Lately, I've been drinking black tea, with milk and rice-milk, or peppermint tea I've been growing. Another tea I really like is organic green sencha tea. Amazing to see how the tea swells up in the water and you only need a tiny amount. I love jasmine tea too, not too strong like green tea, I find the tannins can be hard on the stomach after a while, with no milk added.

Difficult to say an absolute favourite, but it's probably a chai type of brew, using black, white or green tea, with herbs like ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, fennel seed, anise seed, coriander seed, orange peel, black and white pepper. If using black tea, adding milk, rice-milk and a dollop of honey.

Lately I have been drinking white tea, green tea with ginger that I put lemon into, and rooibos with lemon and honey.

i gotta admit im pretty hooked on green tea atm, its simplicity at its finest

The best tea I ever had was called Margaret's Hope Darjeeling. Man it was good. I drink Green or White tea sometimes too, but the flavour of black tea is just better in my opinion.

Yogi tea used to do a great breathe deep tea which was mostly ephedra, sadly banned now like most things. had a great taste and a good pick me up.

Genmaicha is my standard cup , I like the balance the rice brings and it's a good anytime affordable tea, if I'm feeling fancy I keep a couple of different estates first flush SFTGFOP ,for non tea nerds that's Super Fine Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe.
anyone still using boiling water on their green teas needs to cut that shit out, black is fine though.

I had been drinking decaf vanilla chai tea with a little bit of sugar and milk. I still drink green tea and peppermint tea but I find it too bland these days so a switch up wouldn't be too bad.

I know, it's an american thing I think... to sweeten everything. I don't make it super sweet. I grew up thinking you were supposed to add a ton of sugar to tea. As I got into my adult life I started drinking it plain unsweetened a lot more often. I still do love a small spoonful of honey in tea though. Heavenly.

Variations of Oolong Tea have been quite kind to me. I dont think it necessarily tastes the best but I feel sharp and with good manner towards life when I do drink it.
