Yeah just went from feeling kind of exhausted, to thinking I'd be cleanly wired but just feeling strange and dysphoric. Anyway, it's now 6:30pm here and it's levelling off / I can feel hunger starting to rumble in my belly soon.
 
Hopefully by 3am, preferably sooner. Doing family visit tomorrow.

So knowing my luck, I'll be staring at the ceiling all night.

Ah. That;s the worst thing ever and always anxiety provoking. Either stay up and do something calm and relaxing or try deep breathing and listening too super chill music if you have to lie in bed.
 
Heh yeah I'll just go with deep breathing, and eyes closed, just accept it either way. Better than stressing out :)

They know I'm generally sleep deprived normally so it's no big deal if I look tired. They've seen me in far worse states.

Just done the other 10mg Val. Not sure what’s going on as I’m usually feeling it by now. Probably all the Pregabalin I did yesterday haha.

I press a little of my keif just enough for a small smoke at a time and put it in my portable vape and it gets me way high
I only put a little bit at a time never fill it right up or the keif kind of melts together and doesn’t smoke right

A pipe works great too imo
But I know what you mean about it can make you gag if you smoke too much of it in joints Iv almost puked doing that. That’s why I just stick to pipes or vapes they are a lot more pleasant imo

Rest of kava is aside but I see I will be innannaltered reality late into Sunday lol.

Yep, but also had a GBL dopamine rebound keep me up since 1am, and then did some speed at noon. Here I am 13 hours later. So only been awake the last 24 hours.

Never tried Tram, only O-DSMT once which I thought wasn't too bad.

I live with longterm chronic sleep dep from paractical health complications.

As long as not overprolonged, and if you can recoup, sometimes I believe extended perids of consciousness can be healthy and productive, but must be compensated for ideally.

Yrah "sold" 7 hours. That's barely a past memory to me know.

But change is always possible.
 
Aw man had smarty party with a couple of old mates last night ended up taking 60mg nitrazepam/moggies last night and actually slept past my opiates dose this morning

Last moggie for a while as they were my very first doc so I really need to watch with them they can take me to bad places
