'6mg' xanax, about 2g of bud and a bottle of thc lean for me tonight. 2nd day into a rattle and wanting heroin more than anything.
 
Mixing the Heroin and Cocaine has me feeling something like a God. Suppose there is a reason why the speedball is the most famous combo of them all. When you get the ratio right it's one of the most Euphoric drug experiences that you can have. Have been sniffing lines of Dope every 30 or 40 mins thru the smoking session. Keeps the Coke from getting to edgy and you don't fiend for hits in the same manner. I would never use Crack without Dope it's just a match made in Heaven, this has turned into a fantastic night.

My whole hand is fucked all the way to the wrist with nerve damage it’s like having a block of ice stuck to my arm and because of where it is any time it touches something the wrong way I get horrible breakthrough pain Iv been visiting pain specialists for four years now I wish the would actually amputate the whole thing and I’d happily never touch another ox

Slightly OT I am baffled by the mail system right now. I finally got something that I basically gave up on ever seeing, yet the kratom I ordered a week ago said it was on it's way but now tracking says it arrived at the town PAST mine. How does that even happen, they literally had to drive through my town to get there?! The shipping address is correct too! You actually have to drive down my street PAST MY HOUSE to get there lmao.

Fuck!!!!! Sorry about that, what happened to cause it? I've heard of people pleade with doctors to just amputate as it's to painful, why won't they do that to you?

No we don't, co codamol, weak 2mg vallies very rarely, tramadol very rarely again only if you have very bad pain, surgery on back etc, I wasn't allowed them for fibromyalgia but had them before for anxiety 30 every 2 months lol so bought my own online and stuff then my doctor stopped the trams to put me on mirtazapine again

Codeine Phosphate I got 100 x 30mg of those and they was SHIT, crap worse drug ever done fuck all for pain, no high just itching badly I flushed almost all of them in the end

We also get pregabalin and gabapentin

But whats pushed is antidepressants

So no unless you're dying or in agony from stuff like Nightraver you don't get good meds hence why the black market is where its at doctors pushed us into buying online and on the street

You guys still get OTC codeine and oramorph though right? Fuck I'd buy that shit every day. Wilson makes me jealous with that shit.

I was reading though that here in the US most doctors have came together and said no more opioids unless you either are dying horrifically from cancer or just had major surgery done. Dumbest shit I've ever heard. No wonder everyone here does heroin and/or is on methadone.

Cheers. So jealous. My H dude went to prison for murder a few months ago. :\ Never done heroin & coke, but does heroin + crack count? That was a pretty euphoric combo too.

EDIT : I see you mentioned crack in the last sentence. lol Whoops. Happens with my morning bowl, sorry. haha

Feeling very nice on about 25mg DCK+3mg 3-MeO-PCE.

These substances complement each other fantastically.

Getting some concerning twinges in the liver region so not taking any more tianeptine. I would bet that is the culprit. I have experienced liver pain before the morning after drinking with tianpetine.

Just checking my self substance logs of stuff I keep insisting on pumping into myself... the half life of NSI-189 is like 17 hours... so I guess since I dosed 40mg this morning I am still very much under the curve... Had a really whack awful interaction the other day with internal head pressure which I put down to racetams and modafinil ill timed but there is at least one report on reddit of NSI-189 and ketamine producing negative symptoms. But the half life is just so long... I guess, I mean, whatever's happening I'm in it now and I hope it's nothing too bad for my brain. Had a minor emotional boil over this morning before thinking you know what fuck it I'm just gonna work when I want on what I want how I want for the foreseeable future instead of putting so much pressure on myself all the time... Cue 3 weeks from now and I'm living under a bridge, hehe. 🙃 But, let the chips fall where they may.

It was a fight between my hand and an axe and unfortunately the axe came out on top lmho
As for doctors and pain meds in the 🇬🇧 Uk 🇬🇧 THE Doctors are absolute wank stains . I have to regularly fight tooth and nail to stop my doctor taking me off my meds even though the pain specialists have told him that they are the only option as the nhs won’t amputate a healthy limb

Don't get me started on how tight the doctors in the UK are, I used to buy online to self medicate for anxiety, insomnia and fibromyalgia because they won't help and I've started up buying online again recently

but today I picked up my new med I'll start tomorrow or the day after
