Indeed. Very valid points. (y) I'm watching the new season myself. Only watched the first episode & part of the 2nd so far. I'm caught up in finishing "The Strain" on Hulu for my dinner / bed time watching. So that leaves me watching the new season of Dirty Money a bit at a time each day when I have to sit still & not touch anything for half an hour or so anyways so it works. Interesting so far. The first episode on Wells Fargo was applicable as I used to use them & ran into some of the bullshit mentioned in the show. :! I'm looking forward to the rest of the season. As I said I enjoy a good documentary. :)

I'm big on consuming information & though generally I prefer written word over visual media in terms of my ability to understand & retain said information I still find the show to be informative & entertaining. The Cartel Bank episode you mention was a good one. Banks in general seem to often be involved in various mis-deeds so to speak. I'd agree with your statement.

Thankfully I'm not familiar with the show besides the title being familiar. I may have seen a commercial for it at some point but that'd be about it. Based on the description in prior posts I'll take that as a blessing. ;)

Yep.. I was really happy with wells Fargo way back in the day.. then one day I was going into make a deposit and they said I had some ungodly charge.. So what they had done is waited until the balance, on that particular account and day, was low and then charged me, three months prematurely, for a safety deposit box on the same day i made seven very small charges on my debit card totaling under 20$, Then they tried to charge me some crazy overdraft fee for each charge. Needless to say they didn't get that deposit, all accounts were closed that day, they never got any of that fake penalty money and will never see a dime of my business ever again.
 
Recently watched Locke & Key on Netflix. They fucked it right up. Added all this pointless teenage shit to it, Netflix seems to have a thing for doing this to most shit they produce.

Read the comics and they are far superior, no teeny drama shite, just straight up horror and murder and psychopaths and evil ghosts and shit. That's what people want not fucking whiny teenagers.

Nice. I've only watched a portion of it with my wife & enjoyed what I've seen so far. (y)The cat episode was priceless. Considering we have a cat who's tail vibrates when excited. 💣 😉 I'm saddened to hear it decreases in quality. Regardless I'm still looking forward to watching the rest. :)
As for on Netflix, started watching DevilMan Crybaby; wasn't impressed & stopped. Rare for me as I've turned off maybe 10 things in the last year. (The Bad Batch being the last before then; the title says it; fucking BAD). Checking out Kengan Ashura. Seems decent so far. We'll see. 🤞

The murder loop episode has got to be the best short movie I have ever seen. And it drops in quality somewhat but it still stays recognizable.

I just listened to his interview with Terry Gross on NPR. I didn’t even know there’s a new special out. Excited!!!
 
Hollllly fuck. If you guys haven't started watching the series "Tiger King" you're missing out. It is absolute insanity and has a bit of everything - crazy hicks, drugs, guns, big ass felines, gay/straight polygamy, maulings. Getting bored with all the Corona stuff and my buddy recommended it - definitely a welcome reprieve. It's 1 season with 7 episodes, I'm on #2 now. Watch it!
 
Just finished both The Office and Parks and Rec for the umpteenth times. Fuckin' great shows.

Umpteenth is apparently my favorite word now -_-
 
I'm pretty much out of TV shows on Netflix I wana watch, far as I can tell; however, I know Netflix has shit algorithms and hides stuff I might like from my view.

So, what would y'all recommend to watch tv wise on there right now? It can't be a Netflix original, can't be the office, parks and rec, or Twin peaks, or Trailer Park Boys, or Arrested Development as I just rewatched all those. Is there anything left? I'd rewatch Frasier but they took it from me. Friends too...

Just got done with watching 'Freud' or whatever it's called and tbh it's not that bad of a show.
It is set in Germany back in the days before psychology and it's pretty much about the introduction of hypnosis.
It's a really interesting watch. (:

I watched it over the weekend actually. :) As I said I'm so far behind on TV / Movies that I won't be running out any time soon. More a case of WTF do I choose. :LOL:

I'm finishing up Kengan Ashura. I use VRV / CR as well as Netflix. So Netflix isn't usually my first go to for anime. Though Netflix does seem to have a decent collection (Akame ga Kill!, HunterxHunter, Etc.) all things considered. I haven't explored that much of Netflix's original anime yet though. We'll see if how many of them are worth watching. We'll have to see about the last few episodes & the ending but Kengan Ashura is good enough so far I'd consider checking out other "Netflix Original" anime. If anyone has any suggestions in terms of Netflix anime or anime in general feel free to suggest. 😁

In terms of non anime I watched Anon recently & enjoyed it. I watched "How It Ends" last night... I'd have to give that one a (n) though I enjoy Forest Whitaker in general that film ended up just irritating me by "How It Ends". 😜

Have you watched Neon Genesis Evangellion yet? It was such a good/disturbing series that I couldn't stop thinking about it for weeks after. I still haven't decided if I loved it, or hated it :oops:
 
The only thing I like watching on Netflix is Jim Carrey taking Andy Kaufman character way to far and being an asshole to everyone in that documentary
 
Tiger King is a weird documentary of some strange and shady characters who own exotic pets like tigers.
There is murder, mayhem.
It is a train wreck that you cannot pull your eyes away from.

strangely enough, Tim from Dog the Bounty Hunter shows up in it.

Meth baby! Meth is definitely involved!
