I blame the benzos. They made me retarded. I used to grind runescape and watch 13 reasons why. Thats like double crime.
Never watched an episode, looks like modern teenage garbage from the ads. As someone who attempted suicide at that age, for a great many reasons, the idea of an attractive girl killing herself over petty stuff sounded... petty and juvenile.
So part way through the Cartel Bank. How many times and in how many ways do we end up seeing regulators share in profits from their enacted laws. Its simple equation and it works on so many fronts. Any of you all think tobacco companies are nasty greedy fuckers .. well lets look at their partners..kind of 50 50 pals..

LOL a five week profit loss given to the people who are supposed to enforce this. i'm at 38 min into that episode.
What you need to do to remove the criminal out of equation, is remove the crime out of it.
that show is fucking TERRIBLE. my friend made me watch the first season.

Indeed. Very valid points. (y) I'm watching the new season myself. Only watched the first episode & part of the 2nd so far. I'm caught up in finishing "The Strain" on Hulu for my dinner / bed time watching. So that leaves me watching the new season of Dirty Money a bit at a time each day when I have to sit still & not touch anything for half an hour or so anyways so it works. Interesting so far. The first episode on Wells Fargo was applicable as I used to use them & ran into some of the bullshit mentioned in the show.I'm looking forward to the rest of the season. As I said I enjoy a good documentary.
I'm big on consuming information & though generally I prefer written word over visual media in terms of my ability to understand & retain said information I still find the show to be informative & entertaining. The Cartel Bank episode you mention was a good one. Banks in general seem to often be involved in various mis-deeds so to speak. I'd agree with your statement.
That person is still a "friend" after that "experience"?
Thankfully I'm not familiar with the show besides the title being familiar. I may have seen a commercial for it at some point but that'd be about it. Based on the description in prior posts I'll take that as a blessing.![]()
Love death and robots 4.5/5. Best series that Ive seen in a while and would have gotten full stars if it hadnt dropped in quality towards the end.
The murder loop episode has got to be the best short movie I have ever seen. And it drops in quality somewhat but it still stays recognizable.Nice. I've only watched a portion of it with my wife & enjoyed what I've seen so far. (y)The cat episode was priceless. Considering we have a cat who's tail vibrates when excited.![]()
I'm saddened to hear it decreases in quality. Regardless I'm still looking forward to watching the rest.

Watch The Platform on Netflix if you want to see some slightly (ok, extremely) gruesome metaphors for the greed and selfishness of mankind, as evinced in the current pandemic-induced toilet roll and food hoarding crisis...
6/10
Have you watched Neon Genesis Evangellion yet? It was such a good/disturbing series that I couldn't stop thinking about it for weeks after. I still haven't decided if I loved it, or hated itI watched it over the weekend actually. As I said I'm so far behind on TV / Movies that I won't be running out any time soon. More a case of WTF do I choose.
I'm finishing up Kengan Ashura. I use VRV / CR as well as Netflix. So Netflix isn't usually my first go to for anime. Though Netflix does seem to have a decent collection (Akame ga Kill!, HunterxHunter, Etc.) all things considered. I haven't explored that much of Netflix's original anime yet though. We'll see if how many of them are worth watching. We'll have to see about the last few episodes & the ending but Kengan Ashura is good enough so far I'd consider checking out other "Netflix Original" anime. If anyone has any suggestions in terms of Netflix anime or anime in general feel free to suggest.
In terms of non anime I watched Anon recently & enjoyed it. I watched "How It Ends" last night... I'd have to give that one a (n) though I enjoy Forest Whitaker in general that film ended up just irritating me by "How It Ends".![]()
