Gibberings CLXXVIII - Too skanky for your tastes?

Right off to Tesco to get some potatos, salmon, tuna n fruit.

Damn wrote a post n my phone deleted it. Going to get my size 8/10 clothes out as motivation. This is not just about weight loss but getting rid of the evilness thats gripped me over the past two years n as Jillian Michaels says, get zen.

Warning in advance when im in one of these fitness / healthy phases I become obsessive so I may end up boring / annoying you all but that's nothing new eh?! Hahahaha :)

Morning folks. I think I may need some healthy eating motivation too.. last night I managed to eat half a large cheesecake, a lot of cheese, half a bag of dried mango, a handful of coriander, and a danish pastry. Weed. <3
 
Fucking hell. That's more than I ate all last week!

Made up for it with soup, bread and fruit yesterday, after spending the wee hours vomiting the (liquid) contents of my stomach on to my chest / the floor / the bin. Yes, of course I can drink whiskey responsibly and remember to eat at the same time.

Day off today. Appointment with the witchdoctor mid-afternoon. It's fucking foul out there. Good job the clinic's only five minutes away.

only way for it to work is to get in with a program.
i could never motivate myself at home to do such things.

Uhuh, I thought you were meant to be avoiding spirits these days? And have fun at the witchdoctor.. it's not actually as grim out as it looks, anyway. Pleasantly autumnal but a bit nippy round the edges.
 
It will work. It always work. I have a programme. INSANITY. But I don't need weights for that. It's based on max interval training n you use your own bodyweight to exercise - which is actually a better form of training as:

a, you don't need equipment and
B, you have to put more effort.

I also use programmes with kettlebells where you use all your muscles as opposed to just the one. It is more natural too. You also work your core at the same time eapecially with plyometrics or balancing exercises. And its important to have a strong core - not just for good looking abs, but because it protects your lower back. Freelance exercise also help you with posture if you do them right, which is also very important.

It 's worked for me. I'm just fat now cause I'm a lazy cunt no excuses necessary. Give me until Christmas.

Edit: I haven't included photos of my exercise programmes as it may be considered Advertising but, in my opinion, they are some of the programmes n are hard work. Nothing comes for free when it comes to being fit n healthy. It's all hard work n rewards :)

I am supposed to be avoiding spirits, yeah. I was ironically rewarding myself for doing responsible stuff. Lesson learned. Or possibly not. Don't think I'll be repeating the trick in a while though.

I'm sure the witchdoctor will be good fun. Just filling in the gaps in my mood diary, which I always forget to keep on top of. Feels a bit like copying maths homework at school. Better not mention the projectile bile-vomiting, eh?

Pleasantly autumnal? You're having a laugh. At least it's Docs weather, I guess.

When I was seeing my witchdoctor for my anxiety, I had one of those thought diary things to do... ended up just writing a few things down like 10 minutes before leaving each for each appointment. In the end we decided it wasn't worth doing. It's worse than math homework... although admittedly I never did that either. :D

Hope it isn't too tedious...!

Got me a witchdentist appointment at some point this month too... although I can't remember when. Misplaced the reminder card.
 
It's pretty tedious, as most of it's just ticking boxes and noting how many hours' sleep you're getting. The scale they use for mood is a bit of a joke, because certain symptoms persist even at the 'balanced' range and many people are somewhat atypical, but it's a guide I guess, and a decent substitute for relying solely on memory, which can distort the picture somewhat.

I love the 'zero mood' description:

Endless suicidal thoughts, no way out, no movement, everything is bleak and it will always be like this.

Hah, yeah.. was going to say, that's a lyric isn't it? Am still gutted I missed out on tickets for their gigs at the Albert Hall, didn't realise they were doing a Holy Bible tour until I looked and now they've sold out. :(

What description is at the opposite end of the mood spectrum?

"The world is full of pink fluffy bunny rabbits & unicorns riding on silver moobbeams shooting rainbows from their ass"?

A friend of mine is doing the 15th anniversary celebration for his Manics night soon I think. I'd love to say hello because I don't see him enough, but it'd be much too full of folk from The Past who should stay in The Past. Plus I couldn't take a whole night of fucking Manics. One song every now and then is quite enough.

Agggggggh I HATE THIS BASTARD PHONE!!!!

Trying to E-mail someone important to me so i tried getting it right.

No the phone has other plans. It sent the E-mail while i was trying to edit / proof read n kept deleting whole paragraphs while im typing

I cannot fecking cope with this iPhone 5 c. None of my other iPhones did this. I don't understand why.

It seems extremely finger sensitive.

I could bloody cry. I wanted that E-mail to be perfect now its not going to say what I really need to say.

Have you considered a Bluetooth Keyboard for it, I occasionally use one with my phone if I need to write an email and don't have or can't be arsed to fire up the laptop.
 
What an utterly depressing monday. The weather is terrible, the traffic was terrible this morning then to top it off I walked past a police cordon where someone had been raped. Serious downer.

Got tomorrow booked off work though, gonna take some 2cb and go out tonight I think.

No. I've not heard of one of those. Would be better. I've had to send like 5 E-mails at 1 go to this person in the past due to this. He's going to think I'm a bloody stalker lol

Where do i get one of those from n is it difficult to set it up?
