Mugz, I think you know the score when it comes to HR and absence, I'm assuming they are already aware you have had some mental health issues so outright dismissal is unlikely to be where they want to take it. I had to have a disciplinary hearing once after being off for about 3 months just because that was policy, it didn't go any further but it was still fekin 'orrible having to go over the whole thing for no good reason.
Yeah, I know the score and expected it, had just forgotten about it, doubt they have the cajones to sack me, probably end up with a warning.
