Hey all...
Been feeling a 7 most of the day...8 when I first woke up, but after shower and meds, got a point shaved off...I've got a question for the veteran CPP opioid users...If I know I'm going to go into withdrawal, would it be wise to down a bottle of magnesium citrate before going into withdrawal so as to reduce the amount of times I need to go to the bathroom while I'm in an intensive outpatient program that lasts 6 hours, 3 days per week? (considered partial hospitalization)
Also, can anyone think of a way to get treated for pain in between my internist and pain management which will leave me w/o pain meds for a month? I don't think this program can help me with pain meds, and I've been considered opioid tolerant for more than a year and a half, so a month without doesn't sound too appealing lol...sorry if this sounds like sourcing, I'm really not trying to ask how to obtain a Rx...just treatment...as stated above by tricomb, apparently it isn't a good idea for a CPP to go to a sub doc for a month...
Once again, thanks for all the support this thread brings and hope you all have as painless of a day as possible...
On a personal note, hope you get to feeling better soon samsonite...being sick on top of chronic pain is never a fun situation, whether it be dope sick, or sick-sick...
